It’s not a commercial resort hotel, but a warm, family-run retreat with all the professionalism of a luxury stay—only better. From the very beginning, the hosts went above and beyond, even helping us plan before arrival via WeChat. Once there, they continued to amaze us with their hospitality: attentive, friendly, and seemingly tireless in making sure we were comfortable. The cabins are beautiful and cozy, with incredible views over the lake and surrounding cloudy mountains. There are great viewing platforms around the property to relax and soak in the scenery. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and family-friendly, with cute cats roaming around that made us feel even more at home. "酒店位置好，就在熊貓古城城門口，雖然在路邊，但是房間窗户很隔音，房間很乾凈整潔，特別是床睡上去很舒服，詢問了前台妹妹才知道，酒店床墊全部用的是知名品牌金可兒床墊。燈光很不錯，公共區域燈火通明，房間燈光亮度適中，酒店服務人員服務態度很好，隨處碰到服務人員都在主動問好！不錯的一次入住體驗，下次還選擇熊貓老家大酒店！"
