"入住前在各平台刷到一些差評讓我很忐忑，給家人做了很多鋪墊「可能民宿環境有點勉強，忍一忍！」辦入住時前台小姐姐的服務非常nice，有一絲安慰到，接着進房間之後就是非常意外，很乾凈温馨！我家孩子奶奶是出門要住四星以上酒店的潔癖人士，進門後跟我説了句很有哲理的話「不要看網上説什麼，一定要自己親身感受才是真實。」 ps：整個阿爾山供電有限，酒店沒有空調是可以理解的，房間裏給配了小米電加熱器，我們入住是帶隔斷家庭套房，我和孩子阿姨住裡間插電取暖很暖和，孩子爸爸和奶奶住外間沒插電暖氣，每人多要了床棉被，孩子奶奶説好像他們小時候冬天冷但是被窩裡暖暖的，睡了一個好覺。"

"來過阿爾山多次，住過不同酒店，認為聖彼得堡是阿爾山綜合性價比最高的酒店，雖然房間裝飾過於豪華並不實用，但總體舒適度高，停車方便，服務人員訓練有素，態度熱情，早餐豐富，味道和質量好。特別感謝餐廳服務員陳帥，名如其人，有求必應，就像鄰家小哥哥。大堂的免費小食很暖心，無論是否食用，都能感覺到酒店管理細節的用心。"

"This is my first stay to write a review because this hotel is really good. The hardware conditions of the homestay are not very amazing. The room is not as big as expected, but the service is really attentive. The owner is very sincere and simple. Said that the room was cold and immediately sent electric heating, breakfast was sent to coffee, the restaurant music was very tasteful, the view of the terrace was also unique, especially when we checked out and couldn't get a taxi to the station, the owner personally drove it, and the trip to Aershan really left a good memory. "Staying at a guesthouse near the Tianchi service area is very convenient, as it's close to the scenic area shuttle bus. The owner of Shangan Guesthouse is incredibly kind and welcoming, treating us like family. The large kang (heated brick bed) we booked was warm all night, and the food was delicious and tasted just like home. I especially loved the wild vegetable buns for breakfast. We had a very comfortable stay with no unpleasant room odors, and the soundproofing was acceptable. I think this is a very good guesthouse in the mountains, and I would definitely choose this guesthouse again if I visit Arxan again! 😆"

"I stayed at Yunshenshanju Hotel. It was really unexpected. This hotel was newly renovated in 2026. The bedding was newly changed inside and outside. The toiletries were disposable. I was particularly relieved. The quilt was very comfortable and soft. It was still a mountain view room. It was especially beautiful to stand in front of the window and watch the mountain. If you want to live in Yunshenshanju Hotel, remember that the front desk is on the fifth floor. The first floor is not his home. Don't go wrong. It is worth recommending, and the proprietress is also very good. According to our situation, we made a strategy, which saved us a lot of time."

"The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very convenient. Check-in was quick when I arrived in the evening, and the front desk had already upgraded my room type, which I really appreciate. The room was quite spacious and clean. It's worth noting that breakfast ends at 9:30 AM; another guest and I both thought it was 10 AM and made a wasted trip, haha. There's a BBQ joint right across from the hotel, which is super handy for grabbing some skewers if you get hungry at night. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and found it to be great value for money! Highly recommend~"

"I am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience. I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed. After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend. In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness. Thank you brother. I look forward to returning in the near future with my partner, and when my mandarin is better."
