"This is the second time I've stayed at Ibis Styles & and unfortunately, my first impression was confirmed. The reception thoughtfully offered me an upgrade from a deluxe queen room to a deluxe king room. To be blunt, I'm not sure where the 'deluxe' came into it. And I was glad not to have booked a standard room. The room was basic beyond description, apart from a king bed. No bedside lamp, opened milk in the fridge, doors hanging off their hinges, bathroom still had hair on the floor, not even a tea spoon. Such a shame as the location is great."

Note there is a $20 nightly fee for the convenient underground parking, and some rooms may have a view of ongoing adjacent construction (it's wise to request a room facing inward). Service is consistently attentive, rounding out an experience that seamlessly blends hotel luxury with apartment freedom. It’s an exceptional choice for discerning travelers who value design, location, and independence."

"Room is clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast is great with enough variety and was included in the price. Location is good and very close to all attractions."

"A lovely place to stay. Very quiet and the staff were very helpful friendly and courteous.  The room was excellent there is however no in room coffee or tea facilities which was a shame."

"We had an amazing stay at the Novotel Hotel. The staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth and easy, which made everything start off perfectly. The parking was convenient and well managed, offering great value for money. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety and high-quality options. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel"

"Great hotel. Two big towers of rooms, great views from the windows. Wi-Fi is good. Everything very clean. The light rail (tram) is right outside so it's easy to get around. There's a small convenience store and a takeaway place right next door but otherwise you need to take the tram up or down the track to get food. No complaints at all. I was booked four nights but extended to stay longer."

A única crítica é que eles removeram as bebidas e snacks do minibar, e você TEM que ligar para a ordem.Não é ideal se você quiser um snack de meia-noite."
