the hotel is of a good standard!!! excellent staff! especially the reception, very professional in solving problems! I was greeted with a smile and offered an improved room with late check-out! it was a gift from the hotel! a very pleasant surprise!!! the hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the airport! special thanks to the receptionist NADIR, he is the best! thank you 🙏🏻

overall it’s a good hotel and everything works fine , but if you need to be close to Dubai downtown it’s too far and traffic has become an issue. The room smelled strange and bed pillows i found uncomfortable as well as the bedlinen smelled old/ not good not fresh it annoyed me a bit . the room was comfortable and quiet and the bathroom nice . If the location doesn’t matter it’s a good choice . The area around it has nothing to offer lots of traffic , better don’t walk around there

Reservei a sala no último minuto, e quando me inspeccionei, não esperava que me atualize para a sala do clube. O pessoal é amigável e útil, e o Mais importante é a recepção que sabia que o MEU voo estava à noite, então ELA Fez um check-out tarde para mim quando chegou, um BOM lugar para ficar e UMA boa vista.

There was a inconvenience during check in as the receptionist told us that they couldn’t find our booking. Then I made a call to trip.com. It took 30 minutes to get this matter resolved.

Disappointed with management response despite otherwise pleasant stay I have been a regular guest at this hotel and usually enjoy my stays here, but this time I was truly disappointed by the way my situation was handled. Due to unusual circumstances, I couldn’t check in on the first night of my reservation. I had already contacted both the hotel and the booking website before the check-in date, requesting either a free cancellation, a refund for the first night, or an extension for one more night. Unfortunately, both the hotel and the website refused all options. As a result, I lost one night and three meals, since my booking was on a half-board basis. I was expecting more flexibility and understanding, especially as a returning guest. Other than that, my experience at the hotel was generally positive.    •   The staff were courteous and professional, especially in the restaurant — Mr. Shah Qinar stood out for his exceptional communication skills and helpful attitude.    •   Housekeeping on the 6th floor was excellent — everything was tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.    •   Breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and the food quality was quite good. However, the coffee quality and milk used in the machine were below the standard expected from a normal outside café.    •   The room lighting was on the dim side with no option to brighten it, which made the room feel darker than comfortable.    •   On the positive side, the bedding, blankets, and pillows were very comfortable, and having free parking beside the hotel was a great convenience in a congested area like Al Majaz. Overall, while I appreciated the good service from the staff and comfort of the stay, the lack of flexibility and empathy from management regarding my situation has left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this hotel.

Bad experience with checking in after sharing booking number on phone which took time & was showing concern for privacy on it but Mr. Rude shocked me with bad behavior saying I will not take the phone i was wondering why it took time even though name booking enough instead of asure concerns Mr. Rude instantly showing disrespect to customer & asked for other assist however Mr. Rude was definitely keeping acting with no manners I WAS EXTREMELY TIRED from international travel other wise definitely I will cancel booking thanks to him was first experience in such hotel name and definitely the last.

Stayed in this hotel for 10 days .Had a wonderful experience with this hotel . Staff in this hotel is very friendly . As this is hotel the facilities and ambiance was really good .

It is very difficult for people have work in Dubai. Haptic traffic . Hotel rooms are big enough but not cleaned well . Looks under par .

Não é a minha primeira estadia neste hotel, e continuo a apreciar a excelente localização, comida e serviço.A manutenção diária manteve a minha sala Muito limpa. A única questão menor era que a sala estava um pouco escuro devido à janela diante de um edifício vizinho.Talvez UMA iluminação Mais brilhante no quarto possa melhorar o ambiente.Em geral, recomendaria este hotel.

O Sharjah International é o hotel do aeroporto de mesmo nome. Custa cerca de 35 AED para chegar lá de táxi (45 AED de limusine) e 25 AED para voltar de Uber. É um hotel decadente e decadente que não recebeu investimentos suficientes recentemente, mas a equipe é simpática e os quartos são funcionais e agradáveis. Certamente não há vista nem espaço público agradável. No geral, se for para uma noite antes ou depois de um voo, eu o recomendo fortemente, pela sua funcionalidade, mas para uma viagem de lazer, definitivamente não é a escolha certa. Também não há nenhum lugar para ir a pé daqui.
