We visited for a week at the end of Feb/start of March for our belated Honeymoon/early baby moon. We got so lucky with weather of 20-22 degrees all week. Staff were lovely & friendly. The hotel was clean & modern. It has 2 outdoor pools, a small child's pool (referred to as a jacuzzi but isn't hot) and an indoor pool that is between 26-28 degrees. Though lots of people of trip advisor have complained about the size of the indoor pool & roof being run down i was in it most days while away & it was great! Our room was a double with partial sea view and was a decent size & some nights we could see the sunset from our balcony. There was lift access as well as stairs to our floor. Our room had a fridge, kettle, tea tray, big tv (suggest bringing a fire stick with too if you want netflix) & the hotel has free wifi. Also, there were uk plug sockets in our room. We also had a shower/bath. Beds were a decent size and comfy. As for food, we went all inclusive so 3 meals and 2 snacks (AM/PM). I'm vegetarian and always found something to eat but sometimes the lunch/dinner menus could have just had pasta dishes with the meat on the side like other days for more choice. Great selection at breakfast of cold, hot food, sweet and savoury (my fave was eggy bread which was labelled as french toast and pancakes with all the toppings). Various themed dinner nights, our faves were Oriental night, Italian night & bbq/grill night. Snacks were much bigger than anticipated including burger and chips & full size pizzas. Also, help your self ice cream by the bar. Drinks included cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine/sparkling wine, fruit choices, hot drinks and fizzy drinks. Staff were not too much when dining (unlike other reviews have said). One thing to note, depending on which room you have a meal, in the drinks taste sometimes changes in strength. There is an onsite spa provided by a 3rd party. Sauna/steam room is an additional cost. I also booked a 50 min pregnancy massage with Patriyya which was wonderful. Nearby there are 2 beaches, wave beach which is about 500m and small and Josi bay beach which was gorgeous and a cobble beach 700m away. We also took the bus to Coral bay beach which was 20 mins away and a beautiful quiet sandy beach. There are bus stops nearby and a few restaurants but i would personally recommend unless you have a hire car or like a good walk to book some excursions ahead of time through viator/book all inclusive. Some tours include pick up/drop off and were so reasonably priced. We tried the bus a few times (i'm quite savvy) but it was too much of a pain to get 2 or 3 buses somewhere as some buses were regular and others were every couple of hours. There is also a shop onsite, a bit pricey but a local shop nearby too by a bus stop called crazy spoon. They also have a ping pong table on site for free. a Kids small play area & a pool table you have to pay for. They also had evening entertainment near the bar Mon to Sat.
