Meltemi Villas

Everything about this holiday was 5 star or more. This was our first time in a villa and without a doubt we will be back here. The communication and assistance before arrival was excellent. On arrival we had a large takeaway pizza waiting for us which was perfect as the children were hungry and we got there late in the evening. There was also 3 gifts bags for our 3 boys all age related filled with toys and swimming things. The next morning and subsequent days the owners had brought us pastries, cakes, cookies, ice creams we were so grateful for this and couldn’t believe the kindness towards our family. The villa itself was perfect for us as a family they had provided us a cot and bed guard. I had requested this prior to arrival. There was a locked gate so the children were unable to go to the pool alone. The owners had left us with inflatable and toys around the pool which was such a lovely surprise that we didn’t have to buy any of these. The area is a perfect location for access to beaches, Paphos harbour and many other attractions. I wound highly recommend this villa and the owners. 😊

Stayed in many villas before but the hospitality, communication and support from this owner was 1st class! Ensured we settled in as quick as possible. Peaceful location, great family villa, pleasant 15mins walk to amenities. Stayed AUG 2023, attended a wedding at nearby King Evelthon hotel.

What a fantastic place to stay! From the moment we arrived in Paphos (our flight was delayed several hours) we received such a warm welcome. Constantinos was awaiting our arrival even though it was super late. The Villa was stocked with food and drinks in the fridge which was super helpful after our long day of travelling with a teenager and a toddler. The Villa was clean and modern but with a lovely homely feel to it. It was extremely spacious with 4 bathrooms and 3 double rooms. The pool was clean and extremely inviting, the children loved the inflatables and lilos that had been put in there ready for them to enjoy. The villa has an alarm to make you feel super safe as well as a digital safe to keep your valuables locked away. Constantinos and his wife Anastasia were beyond wonderful, like many of the other reviews they also bought gifts for our 2 children, delivered cakes and ice creams and even had a staff member drop off fresh pastries and cakes one morning which made for a fantastic breakfast in the sun. They were on hand if we had any issues (we didn’t!) and we’re so kind and informative. Our family had the best time staying here last week, we’ve all got the serious holiday blues but we’ve already booked up to stay here next year when we’re back to get married 💜💜 Thank you all so much for giving us such wonderful place to be able to stay in, your hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed. From the moment we arrived the Hosts made our Holiday amazing, the Villa was great with a toys and inflatables already set up for our children age range. Some hot food on arrival as it was 9pm and some basic food, water, beer and wine to get us through the 1st evening and breakfast before a trip to local supermarkets. Over our holiday we received cakes and Ice cream and more cakes from our host to make us feel even more welcome. We needed a cake for our daughters birthday and again the hosts went above and beyond. Organised car hire for us to be delivered to villa at very competitive rates We will of course be back

Just spent 3 weeks at this complex. Constantinos,his wife Anastasia, her father and Petros couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay perfect. So nice to meet such lovely people who made us feel welcome and looked after us so well. Arrived to a warm welcome, a fully stocked fridge and a hot pizza, Anastasia had even bought toys for our 8 year old grandson, amazing hosts and villa which are reflected in all the fully deserved positive reviews. If you want something special look no further, AMAZING.

This was our first time staying at Meltemi Villas and we were blown away! The villa was absolutely stunning, containing everything we could possibly need. It was immaculately clean with all the essentials provided such as pool towels, shower gels and shampoo. The villa was very spacious and the outside space was also fantastic. A choice of seating areas and sun loungers around the pool made for a relaxing space. Pool floats and coals for the BBQ being provided was great. The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The special touches such as water, butter, cheese and even wine being provided in the fridge were lovely, especially the home made cake a few days into our stay! The hosts were easy to contact if we needed information about the local area and amenities. This was one of the best holidays we have been on and we cannot wait to return. Thank you for helping to make our holiday so special.

Constantinos and his family are wonderful hosts. The house we stayed in was very good. The pool was great! The airconditioning worked perfectly. The bathrooms were fine. The kitchen was well equipped. On top of all that the service the owners provided was unseen. When we arrived there was food in the house. A huge watermelon was waiting for us. They ordered a pizza for us. Because they assumed we were hungry from traveling. During the week they brought us cakes and ice cream. This was a beautiful experience. Thank you Constantinos and the rest of your family. You helped our family vacation to be a succes! I can recommend staying here a 100%

My husband and I have just returned from a weeks stay here, and what an amazing relaxing holiday stay at the villa we had. It was simply the best ever. All the family we super great and could not do enough for us, they were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Anastasia is the best baker ever, we were very spoilt with her wonderful baking. The complex is in a superb location which is maintained to the highest standards. We have already rebooked for next year and we cannot wait to return. Smell, hear, and see the sea from the villa. Check-in and communications were super easy. Constantinos and team are very responsive, helpful, professional, generous, courteous, and make sure you have good directions, recommendations, and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The house and pool were sparkling clean. Our villa was three bedrooms with each ensuite and an additional powder room on the ground floor. The washing machine made it possible to pack light, so we could come home with all our Cypriot purchases. We opened the sliding doors and the gauzy sheers moved in the warm breeze. Sunsets were stunning from the villa as were sea views from most windows in the house. All details were covered: plenty towels, tp, toiletries, digital safe, mid-stay clean, snacks on arrival, grill, loungers, pool toys and floats.... So grateful to have found such a nice place with great owners.
