When I was in the room, within 2 minutes I can see immediately, 1. There are many points on the bed deck, not only one bed but two of them. I only photographed one. One of the bed looks like not new (as someone has sleeped there before I). When I found the spots, I can only check everything back. There is also calcium in the shower head and the room is simply old, not well cleaned and maintained. When the housewife makes the beds again, we will find together a big spot on the bed, around. When we get a table, the servant gave us a dirty counter, the servant was fully unfriendly, I said please clean he wasn't wiped but once without seeing and away again. OMG I have to clean everything with my hand, but a servant comes to clean (which may have seen me that I try to clean with my hand). The food was not optional, main thing you can eat.

all the staff are very friendly, lobby, corridor, rooms, bathrooms and restaurants are clean. unfortunately the breakfast is less varied, no cereal, a lot of heavy food. the parking lot hopes to be better repaired

Only the different Sereh sword makes the atmosphere different (which is too sweet) and then when we stayed there was a Cotton Candy artisan who was invited to make Cotton Candy directly ... children like this very much, but they can't see how to make it because the table provided is too high, however they have to jinjit2 3. Location in front of the Sentul industrial entrance. There is no food selling around the hotel. To AEON mall Sentul ± 30 minutes without tolls. Breakfast is quite varied, namely Assorted noodles (boiled Indomie), mixed rice, chicken porridge, vegetable sausage, fried food (bakwan & tempeh), jala bread, banana compote, ICE cream pancakes, sweets, assorted mini pastry (various cakes, pudding, various juices (mango, guava), omlete, sausage, potatoes, Napolitan pasta, salad, fruit, large meals (white rice, fried rice, fried noodles, soy sauce chicken, fish sauce, capcay), Coco Crunch cereal, banana compote, various crackers, jala bread. Very impressive, strategic location easy to reach, in the middle of Bogor city, near the Bogor Botanical Gardens. Good facilities, clean, beautiful interior, a blend of Islamic Chinese. water heater, swimming pool, children's playground. cm I wish I got a twin double room but the rear view is empty land n outdoor air conditioning. over all is satisfying, recommended place to staycation 🥰🥰

I stayed here 3 times in 2021, the service was excellent! I really like the hospitality here, the atmosphere is good, the room is clean and treated well, I haven't had time to visit their restaurant, but their cafe area by the pool is quite cozy and comfortable, the place is very strategically located in the center of Bogor city, near the Bogor Botanical Gardens and the Indonesian Presidential Palace, easy access to anywhere in Bogor

It was very good! The people are so friendly and kind. They wil help you with everything. For example Andre drove with me to a ATM because it was not near the resort. And Rizal helpt good also with checking in and also other things. The only thing what we didn’t like that much was that the shower had a powerful ray. All by all. We enjoyed it very much en I really recommend it, when you want a relax en nice looking resort.

Good place, great food, wonderfull pools. Great place to spend weekend with family and friends not too far from jakarta. Many activities can be done in bogor and surroundings. Affordable price with good service #anina

It seems like a typical old resort to me. Apart from the extreme outbound activities, which truly give value to the resort, nothing particularly noteworthy. What irritated me the most was that the hotel kept reminding me of my check-out time. They contacted us twice, which I find really bothersome. They called us two hours before check-out time and again at 11.45 a.m. We had already alerted them that we were aware of the situation and that we would check out on time.
