The location is fantastic. There are plenty of good restaurants, bars, shops within walking distance and walking is easy since the city of Palm Springs is basically flat! I parked in the hotel lot and walked everywhere I wanted to go. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar but I knew this when I booked so no problem. They do have a small cantina type room where you can buy snacks, some sandwiches, drinks, coffee, etc and ice machines everywhere. The service was very good, all employees where helpful and friendly. My room was very clean and good sized with a large bathroom. The room location was also good, on the ground floor near the pool with a view of a parklike courtyard. The pool was large and crowded (I arrived on Saturday afternoon) and everyone seemed to be having a good time. I took a dip the next morning right after maintenance finished cleaning the pool and was the only one there, it was great! I will definitely stay again at the Palm Mountain Resort.

Everything was amazing. Location couldn’t have been any better. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. Only thing that would have made it better is breakfast offered at hotel instead of a random voucher for a place across the street but better than nothing! Will definitely recommend.

Only plus was it was close to downtown PS , so is Best Western…. A huge disappointment. Can’t believe the word spa OR resort Is in name. Staff weren’t warm or inviting. $450 a night? WHAT A JOKE! We felt completely ripped off.
Don’t waste your money or time.

Esse hotel, não é um Resort. Apenas um Hotel comum. Não tem Restaurante , sem Buffet de café da manhã, etc. Só é bem posicionado

I traveled in for a long weekend and truly loved this location! I had a beautiful view of the mountains and the staff was always friendly and helpful!
I must admit I was nervous when I read reviews about it being dated and old and while the rooms need a facelift, the rooms were very clean and the grounds were beautiful!

Location is 10/10. however the building and room itself needs to be updated. It feel motel-ish like at 4star resort cost. Front desk wasn't the friendliest, felt cold upon check in and when purchasing something from the little market they had.

Great place to stay with a great location. My only real complaint is that the rooms have double beds. Makes it very difficult to share. Not queens… it’s 2024! Gotta up our game. Otherwise we really liked this spot and will most likely stay here again next year!

This is NOT a resort by any means! Over priced motel located by the main ***** of Palm Springs. The grounds and lobby of hotel was nice but upon entering the room we were smacked with for of mildew and mold. The carpet had huge stains throughout. Everything is updated in the room. The bed was decent and sheet softened. We had to leave door open while in the room and use a Glade Plug-in to help with odor. The price we paid per night doesn't match the quality of what you receive. Never again!
