Initial room had bathroom door falling off the hinges.
After 2 requests and front desk visit repair man was sent out. Said he fixed it and door fell again. (Photo is after it was “fixed”). Put out kids in the shower to see a long hair pool to the drain!
After this they upgraded our room. Shampoo mount was on the floor in the shower. Did not inform guests that one set of pools would be closed down for two days of our visit due to upcoming event. Day 2 we were woken up at 8AM to the sound of drilling as workers put together a stage next to our room. At 11:45 at night we again spoke to the front desk because the loud sounds of drilling due to them STILL putting together a stage. Worker letting us know they were “almost done”. On day 3 the same drilling a shouting as the crew we still setting up the stage.
Visited the front desk twice more to speak to management about our issue and was told that a manager was not available, to come back in the morning. We did, and again told that “manager not available”.

The Margaritaville was truly exceptional, from the amenities to the service. This location has a special place in my heart, Even before it was Margaritaville. It still has the same great feeling as when it was The Riviera. Nothing but praise to the people of Palm Springs. I’ll keep coming back until I’m old i believe . You kind of just make homes to certain resorts. This one called my name . Thanks again to the staff.

Too spread out, no ice, shop closed in early evening, ridiculous resort fee, too much money for the room, poor layout of facilities did not like would not return

The linens and bedding was dirty. There was a flood in building 4 where we were staying. The smell was horrible.

I was very disappointed in this property, the young lady at front desk was nice but the room upon entering smelled very bad like a motel, there were poop stains in the toilet and the room was dirty, the carpet was dirty, the sheets smelled like motel, my husband stated if we called to complain we are just gonna get another dirty room and it was too late to try and book another hotel room elsewhere. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Overall, fine stay with a couple not ideal parts. The AC in our room didn’t work right. Would not cool below 74 so it was a little warm and we had to keep the windows open to sleep comfortably enough. For the price, I was astonished to find they didn’t have a continental breakfast or at minimum coffee in the lobby for guests. They have a cafe on site but it’s not open early enough. Had to walk across the street to 7-11 for coffee. Finally, the building hallways are like a maze. You’ll get lost in the building hallways. Not a big deal but allow some extra time for that if you’re on a schedule.

This last minute booking was a great choice! The room was spacious and comfortable for us with our baby. We were fortunate enough to dine at the hotel restaurant. The chef PERFECTLY cooked the wagyu steak (rare).
