Initial room had bathroom door falling off the hinges.
After 2 requests and front desk visit repair man was sent out. Said he fixed it and door fell again. (Photo is after it was “fixed”). Put out kids in the shower to see a long hair pool to the drain!
After this they upgraded our room. Shampoo mount was on the floor in the shower. Did not inform guests that one set of pools would be closed down for two days of our visit due to upcoming event. Day 2 we were woken up at 8AM to the sound of drilling as workers put together a stage next to our room. At 11:45 at night we again spoke to the front desk because the loud sounds of drilling due to them STILL putting together a stage. Worker letting us know they were “almost done”. On day 3 the same drilling a shouting as the crew we still setting up the stage.
Visited the front desk twice more to speak to management about our issue and was told that a manager was not available, to come back in the morning. We did, and again told that “manager not available”.

The Margaritaville was truly exceptional, from the amenities to the service. This location has a special place in my heart, Even before it was Margaritaville. It still has the same great feeling as when it was The Riviera. Nothing but praise to the people of Palm Springs. I’ll keep coming back until I’m old i believe . You kind of just make homes to certain resorts. This one called my name . Thanks again to the staff.

Too spread out, no ice, shop closed in early evening, ridiculous resort fee, too much money for the room, poor layout of facilities did not like would not return

This hotel used to be the old Riveria. During our stay it was being renovated all over the place. I'm resting low for now. Hopefully in a year, it will be up to regular standards.

We were assigned a handicap room for some reason. Our room was in building 5, 1st floor. This building was at the back of the hotel, and the patio was facing their HVAC system, generator and a storage unit. The room did not have power outlets, other than the one on the lamps. The bedsheet had hairs on them, the refrigerator was very very smal/dirty. The bathroom smelled and the list goes on.

We had a great stay. So convenient having restaurants and bars on-site, especially at the pool. Also a coffee shop! Our favorite employee was the young bartender in the Chill Lounge. He was awesome!!! We would definitely go again! 30 minute walk to 'town' but it's only an $8 Uber or Lyft ride! Lots to do downtown,

The room was clean, but the customer service at the front desk was not great. It took us a few calls to find out how we were supposed to get to the third floor of our building because they had tarp over two entrances to the elevators. We went to one of the restaurants and the food was taking almost an hour to get to us. A big shout out to the very observant head bartender for bringing us a free drink while we were waiting. If you like a very stif mattress then this is the place for you LOL!
