Everyone said that this hotel is good, but no one said how pristine the road in is. If you only stay for one night and leave Yala, please do not book this hotel, especially during the rainy season, otherwise you will probably have to drive for several hours and face floods under heavy rain. Jinshan car did not dare to wade into the water rashly and had to ask for help from a jeep (additional fee). Another important information is that there are many mosquitoes in the room. People who are afraid of insects must not come here. If you are not afraid of insects, please bring toilet water.

Amazing experience. One of the best hotels we've stayed at. The food is incredible, my wife is gluten free and has coeliac, therefore, she becomes very sick if she's eats food containing gluten. The head of the restaurant, I believe his name was Dilshan (apologize if this is wrong) was outstanding, he went out of his way to go through all the meals with my stating which ones were gluten free and even provided a plate of desserts which he got the chef to make specifically for her. Such a kind hearted gentleman. The service was phenomenal as per the other Jetwings we have stayed at. We will definitely be back.

This Hilton hotel is a relatively satisfactory hotel with good value for money. When I checked in that night, it was raining heavily outside. When it gets light in the morning, it’s still very comfortable to see the general environment here~ I don’t know how many flowers are falling on the ground~~~ Because I was in a hurry to go to Yala Zoo and didn’t even have time to look at the hotel and use the hotel facilities~~ We departed from the hotel to Yala National Park at 5:30 the next day and will arrive at Yala National Park in about 40 minutes~~ I didn’t have time to check in at the hotel For breakfast, the hotel's breakfast time is 6:30-10:30. You can't catch up with the meal time before departure and when you come back, so if you want to have breakfast, you must have the hotel prepare breakfast the night before and take it with you~~~ After looking at the hotel restaurant environment, it’s a pity that I don’t have time to enjoy it here~~~ By the way, I originally stayed at the Cinnamon Wild Yala hotel that night, and I wanted to stay there You can go to Safari early there~~~ Due to the weather, I temporarily changed my reservation to this Hilton hotel. Later I went to Wanyala Park to check out that hotel... I am really glad that I changed here~~ It was so wise. ...It's close to Yala National Park~ But all the roads leading to the hotel are mud roads, and you need a jeep to get there~~ And the price/performance ratio there is extremely low......The price/performance ratio is rubbish on the ground~~ If you go to Yala Safari, I really recommend it I would rather drive for half an hour than stay there~~ If you are not pressed for time, I recommend staying here

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. When we requested to change our breakfast to dinner, we were met with a flat-out refusal, despite hearing that they accommodated a similar request for another couple. Their excuse was that the other couple had booked through ***********, insinuating that they might leave a review there. This blatant favoritism and lack of fairness in customer service were incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. In addition to the above grievances, the breakfast at this hotel was abysmal. The quality and variety of the food were subpar, and it left a lot to be desired. To make matters worse, the air conditioner in our room was malfunctioning, causing it to drip water all night, making our stay uncomfortable and sleep-deprived. This combination of poor service, unfair treatment, terrible breakfast, and room issues made our experience at this hotel truly dreadful. I would strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your stay.

Arrived early and friendly staff facilitated with the first available room. Some serious upgrading is required to these rooms, I was given the standard numbers to call if I needed anything, that’s ok if there was a phone in the room! Bathroom was poorly with worn flex to hairdryer and shower door creaked as if it was about to fall off. Children were allowed to run around the pool area screaming long after restaurant was closed with no supervision. Restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly, food was ok but if the areas that you could see were this neglected what was the back of house be like?!

Originally I only ordered three breakfasts, but when I saw my three-year-old Erbao, the hotel was very considerate. I also prepared a copy for her. Thank you very much. It’s not far from going to the safari park. It takes only 20 minutes. If there is any problem, the water pressure in the bathroom is unstable. Although the water is very large, it will be hot once it gets hot. It’s good to take a shower. In addition, the small bed is not provided with a quilt, just a thin sheet. The air conditioner is too cold and the remote control can’t be adjusted. I wake up several times at night.

We were very lucky. It was finally a sunny day when we arrived at the hotel. Afternoon tea was by the swimming pool. There was a special Chinese family set meal for dinner. The picnic at the seaside was worth trying. Reservation is required. You could see the stars in the sky and face the waves hitting the rocky beach. There is a chance of encountering an stray elephant. The atmosphere was full of atmosphere. I went on Safari at 5:30 and saw Lucas the sleeping Ceylon leopard, 2 elephant families foraging for food, crocodiles basking in the sun, countless buffaloes, peacocks and monkeys, as well as various birds. The hotel we arrived at night, the way in was the same as the off-road test drive venue. Thanks to the car inside, it came out to pick us up. Because the normal safari park tickets were not available the next day, the hotel manager said to see if he could buy one. Although he bought it, But it is also very expensive.
