Like all w hotels the rooms are great . The service was great , they helped me solved all my problems . The only disappointing was I stayed there with my birthday and there was no birthday greetings from hotel in room . Every year with my birthday I stayed in different hotels and there are all birthday greetings . Is disappointing that W hotel is a 5 star hotel and don’t do this .

For a place like Osaka, this space is very cost-effective (near the Namba subway station) and it is close to Dotonbashi. Some five-star hotels are only about 20 square meters, the price is very high, and the space is more than 30 square meters with three beds. In terms of hygiene, I can rest assured that the meticulousness of my Japanese friends is really admirable. The only thing is a little lacking. I don’t speak foreign languages. Fortunately, my friend is on a business trip here. The landlord gave me a detailed route map and I was very confused. In the end, it was a friend who helped me find this position. Overall, I was very satisfied. In order not to trouble people, all the things I have used are returned to the original place, and the garbage is also packaged.

The hotel room is very comfortable and spacious, and the independent bathroom and toilet are very practical and clean. The lady at the front desk was considerate and kind. She arranged a room with a window and was very satisfied. She also kept our luggage until 7:30 in the evening, which was very convenient for our itinerary. Very close to the MRT station. I will consider staying here again next time.

It’s our first visit Japan and so far we are happy that we found this lovely place where super easy with transportation and very close to Dontonburi. We are so happy with the room and the location. Price is also affordable.

The cat is so pretty, the location is really close to Namba, just 1 minute from the bus and subway, and the owner is very friendly. Bike rental service is also good. However, it is not a place for couples to enjoy the atmosphere. If you want value for money and location, this is the place.
