While check-in was a bit slow and communication was sometimes hard to understand, it wasn't a major problem. It would be helpful to have kitchen towels and dishcloths; I ended up using a small towel in their place. A clothes drying rack with clips would be appreciated. Laundry detergent with fabric softener was provided. Only one tissue box was supplied; another would be helpful. Overall, we had a mostly problem-free stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Very clean room, the landlord and his wife are very enthusiastic, sound insulation is better, in the residential area, everyone is very quiet. Next time I will choose this ～ a few minutes walk from the subway station. They are all empty streets and the street view is beautiful. It is very close to Osaka Station and Umeda.

The location is decent; the hotel is directly accessible from the Yodoyabashi subway station without having to go outside. However, there was one inconvenient aspect: during my stay, only one elevator was operational. It was often packed with people checking in, heading to the subway, or going to their rooms. The elevator was small and crowded, leading to long waits and very inefficient service for going up and down. Negative points: - Hotel breakfast. During my stay, I had a room to myself, and my parents had another. All three of us experienced diarrhea after eating the hotel breakfast. The night before, we hadn't consumed any raw food or unusual items, so I suspect there are hygiene issues with the hotel's breakfast. - The head of the bed in the room faced the window, and it always felt like the window wasn't properly sealed, letting in a draft. On the positive side, the hotel service was good, and the staff were warm and attentive.

Well? The hotel is gorgeous! Installations and the concept is amazing. The room is spacious with amazing city view. The bed is huge and super comfortable, also pillows are kinda clouds. Loved that. The reception always ready to help. But at the check out hour there’s a long line, so to avoid it I checked out earlier. That was pros. Now cons. Cleaning service always forgets something. Like one day I didn’t find cotton buds, another day they didn’t put the toilet paper etc. For such a class of the hotel it’s unacceptable. Also there’s no iron and iron desk in a room so you should ask to bring it and if it’s peak hour you should wait some hours. Unacceptable again. Location isn’t really wow because all the restaurants and activities and shopping are away and at the peak hours the subway is super crowded because the hotel located in the business area. Overall, the hotel is really nice but cons are bigger so I would not stay there again. Shinsaibashi area looks more attractive for me, also there’s another Candeo in that area so next time I’ll try to stay there. Thanks for the reception guys and girls. Clean and quiet hotel located in Kitashinchi, Osaka. The rooms are compact but well-maintained. Great location with easy access to trains and main attractions. Staff were friendly and there’s even free coffee in the lobby. If you don’t mind the small space, it’s a great value stay!
