1) Quick a bit of walking to the nearest subway station, Munjeong. About 15 min walk. It is far away from tourist areas. Travel by subway will need 1 hour with transfers. 2) Central aircond is shut, we could not control the temperature. According to the front desk, it is cold season (October onwards). Hence, room can get stuffy. We have to open the toilet window for cool air to come in. 3) Breakfast is same for 5 days except the soup change a little. 4) Room size is acceptable. Able to open 3 big luggage bags. 5) There is very nice pool to enjoy.

I am very satisfied with this trip to South Korea. The day shift and night shift front desk staff of this hotel have provided us with countless help. Thank you very much. The handsome guy at the front desk during the day shift. The big eyes flickered.

View isnt great since you cant get view of Seokchon lake. However, service and room condition are great. The room itself was also very spacious and gym is also nice. Worth to visit again! Definitely recommend for family trip.

Geographically great! It was really nice to see a performance at the Sports Complex and even hit the crowded subway :) It was comfortable to be able to enter the room within 20 minutes even if you walk slowly! I like it because there are many restaurants nearby haha ​​But the towel smelled so I couldn't use it, so I only used my own towel.

I visit Seoul yearly and Lotte Hotel World is one of best I've stayed so far. Location: Great for cherry blossoms scenery with Lake View rooms and we managed to catch beautiful sunrise too. Although not near most tourist attractions, it's located above 2 subway stations & linked to Lotte malls. Customer Service: Excellent customer service. Kudos to Front Desk Mr Duke Lee & Ms Hwang Yoonkyoung for being so patient and accomdating with my many requests as I was travelling with family of 13. I really appreciate the attentiveness of Mr Duke as he would approach me when he saw me walking towards the front desk to assist me and even asked how were the day trips we went for. I would also like to thank Ms Sharon Kim from Room Reservations for being so helpful and patient too! Room: Well maintained & no complaints. Multi usb points means we don't have to fight to charge devices. Amenities like shampoo, conditioner and body wash smell nice! Only downside was toothbrush was chargable which we didn't expect. But it is part of the hotel's sustainability movement hence we respect that. We also had a room which was the Junior Suite. Spacious room with living room and dining area with basic kitchen. If utensils are provided, it would have been even more convenient as we bought some food back. Breakfast: One of the widest selection I have seen. Pastry selection is good and the croissants were hot favourite of the family. The service team is also attentive and prompt. We were always greeted with warm welcome and smiles. Overall: Thank you for making my family feel welcomed and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Going to the concert, this hotel is near Jamsil arena, 10 minutes walk, very convenient. It is also very close to the subway station, and it is convenient to go to places such as Myeongdong and Hongdae. It’s just that the guy at the front desk can’t speak Chinese🤣English is so-so, but he can communicate through translation software, and the overall service is very good. The overall decoration and sound insulation of the hotel are good, but the room is relatively small (but it seems that Korean hotels are small)

I think the location and service are top notch. I stayed on the 97th floor and the view from the room was the best. You can enjoy the night view from the bathroom. However, it is a shame that toothbrushes, shavers, etc. are charged. There is also a Lotte shopping mall in the adjacent building. I decided to extend my stay for an extra night as my travel opportunity opened up. Booking 2 separate nights in a row proved no issue in pat experience. This location required me to check out at noon and then check back in at 9pm. It seemed like unnecessary steps and when asking to just maintain the room throughout they said there would be a charge of 40000 won. I loaded my stuff into my car and left it in their lot just to move back into the same room 7 hours later. I checked in early as I was tired and they charged 5000 won per hour early check in. Will not stay here again.

Within 5 minutes, there are restaurants, parks, malls and Seokchon Lake nearby, making it a very recommended hotel for a trip to Jamsil. There is consideration for tourists in detailed places such as travel information information in the lobby. This is a recommended hotel.

The hotel's hot water is not easy to control, it will be very hot all the time, and the shower faucet is not very good, the bathroom is wet after washing.
