The facility itself was good overall. There was no coffee maker or microwaves in the rooms. The breakfast was the same thing everyday. Other than that the location was great, there's a wawa across the street. A smokehouse pizzeria massage parlor.

The Fairfield at Marriott Village is a great holiday. The location is so wonderful that regretfully, we did not have an opportunity to use the hotel amenities such as the pool etc. We did have breakfast daily, which had a good selection of hot items, breads and cereals. The Mickey Mouse pancakes were delicious. Our rooms were large and spacious, with great air conditioning, lovely hot showers and sufficient tv channels. The beds and rooms were very clean. It is very handy that there are washers and dryers and ice machines on every floor or every other floor. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the parks but we preferred to drive to be able to leave and return to the park, for necessary breaks in the height of the heat. Would happily stay there again. There are 2 other hotels on the property (Courtyard and Springhill). I imagine these are more upscale. I would have appreciated an offer to ”upgrade” at a nominal fee to experience.

My Husband and I stayed another night and also booked one more night . This place is so amazing and very clean. The maintenance guys are very fast. Are a/c went out and told them that morning and they got it fixed. The security guards here are so nice and on top of there game.. very safe here cause of them. The housekeepers are also good at there job. Very friendly and very fast in bring what you need for your next stay over even if it's something you need when you check in. I Love this place and we will be back and we will be bring are kids on are next trip back to Florida. I give them a 10. We will be back. I recommend this place.. It was such a good hotel for the cost. We thought because we were so close to the Disney/Universal parks that it would be very expensive or poor quality, but this hotel was very cheap and very good all around.

Double trees always a nice hotel to stay at and the free cookies and check in or whenever you ask are always a delightful treat. For this day we found that there was really nothing around the hotel itself as far as other restaurant choices although it’s very close to universal and they have a shuttle bus which was convenient, we ended up moving to a location nearby that had many more restaurants around, the rooms were clean the pool areas. Nice the restaurants food was good although a little pricey if you would like to use the pool areas, I think this could be an excellent choice.

The hotel location is very recomended for you who want to go universal studio or go to the premium outlet. Dont forget you have to booked a bus to go the universal studio the day before, inside a hotel there is outlet for you to booked the bus. If you want to rent a car there also a rent car outlet inside the hotel. I go to premium outlet , walk to 10 min only. If using uber it cost you about CAD 9. I just dont like the room hotel floor all using carpet. Thanks

It’s about 10 minutes away from Universal Studios for $8, and Disney is a little farther away for about $20, 20 minutes. 🧹Sanitation: very clean, and told the front desk to help us clean every day 🍃Environment: The hotel environment is very nice, the room is very big! We were very pleasantly surprised by the Courtyard Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre. I have stayed at many Courtyards, but this one was the best I have stayed at. It was just recently renovated. The lobby, lobby bar, and pool are so nice. The pool has cabanas with tvs and couches, a waterslide for the kids, cornhole, ping pong tables and fire pits. There is a huge tv where you can watch games all day and they show movies at night for the kids. You can order food and drinks from the lobby bar and eat inside or take it outside to the pool or around the firepits. The hotel location is perfect if you plan on visiting the parks like we did, or if you want to visit Disney Springs or the outlet shops and there are so many restaurants nearby. The customer service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a buffet breakfast you can take advantage of and even offer Starbucks too. This Courtyard has so much to offer and I can't recommend it enough.

Booked this location for a two night stay for our 5 year anniversary for the purpose of visiting Universal Orlando and Islands of Adventure theme parks. Called a day before arrival to see if I could have a bottle of wine or champagne waiting as a small surprise for my wife. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite but informed me that this location didn’t offer such a service. He did say he would make a note on the account that is was an anniversary trip. Upon arrival the following day, the concierge who greeted us offered us a congratulations as we checked in. We were upgraded rooms to a junior sweet and even had our parking fees waived. It was a very thoughtful gesture and really got our trip off to a great start. Every staff member we encountered was very polite and welcoming and we really appreciated it. Room was clean. Did not have a single issue. Only a 10-20 minute drive from Universal with a car rented.

This hotel, good location, the service is also very good, the staff are smiling, the breakfast is considered good at a certain level, the only downside is that the room at the mattress and the bathroom has a small cockroach. Up to the bed as you can see, the hotel has a renewed, but some of them do not finish the room, there is an old part and there are cockroaches living in it.
