This is a very special and difficult structure to review. I often come to work and I have found people really special and others really disappointing. A very clean hotel, pleasantly served but only by those who really care for their work. It is a huge thanks to Onar and Mimmo ... two fantastic and human people. The rest leaves a lot to desire... find personal people who don't even salute you... consider you a weight...! Whoever doesn't live in this structure will never understand what I mean!

We as a family of four visited Acca hotels for this year summer holidays to visit Milan city. I would like to rate 5 star because it's excellent in customer service, breakfast( variety of selection must try fruits selection - Kiwi) , cleanliness(our rooms were made everyday during our visit) I would like to mention about the commute we did using public transport was so cost effective.( tickets can be purchased from a coffee shop in supermarkets right in front of hotel) The hotel is around 30 min away from linate Airport and Milan City centrale or if you are planning visit to Dumo. ( we used Google navigator for direction it was perfect in terms of finding Tram stops). We used uber taxi for Airport transfers., it will cost around 39 euros one side. To commute to milan railway station and Dumo we used bus number 99 & 222 ( there is bus ever 20 min) right in front of hotel. This bus will drop you at Vigento bus stop and there is tram station right in front ( tram number 24) and it takes around 54 minutes to reach Milan Central ( hotel to central) It costed 15 euro ( full day ticket to use in bus tram) and kids travelled free. Overall good holidays. 😊 Overall Milan has got the best transportation facilities.

The bedroom is almost the same as the other, but there is a small room other than the shower room, there is a small kitchen and a round table, and it was very important because small things can be placed. There is also a elevator on the left and right ２ machines in a large hotel with a semicircular diameter. But there was no room number of my own because the hotel room number was not lined up in order, and when I asked the front desk, it was in the back. It's the first time that the room number is so difficult to understand. I recommend looking for it slowly

Really nice place, comfortable, clean and affordable. Good location for public transport - 10 minute walk from Tram stop into Duomo centre. Staff were so kind and helpful- nothing was too much trouble. They catered to our specific requests on how we like our tea/ coffee. We had to leave very early one morning so didn’t have time for breakfast we asked the night before if there was anything we could possibly take with us and they offered a variety of biscuit bars and little muffins. They didn’t need to do this but were even kind enough to only charge us a couple of Euros rather than the usual €7 for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Milan again! Ideale per chi arriva in auto ed ha bisogno di dormire in posizione strategica. Posizionato in area industriale senza problemi di parcheggio, a poche centinaia di metri da tangenziale est, ovest e autostrada del sole. 5 minuti da metropolitana linea 3 e passante ferroviario, è la soluzione ideale per chi ha bisogno di muoversi in Milano e hinterland durante il giorno. Presente pullman che collega alla metropolitana…. ma fino alle ore 20,00. Ho prenotato due camere doppie tramite Booking per un totale di 4 persone…. ma hanno inviato conferma alla struttura per sole 2 persone. Nonostante telefonate mail non ho avuto alcuna risposta da parte di Booking. Fortunatamente l’hotel è gestito da persone molto professionali ed abituate a trattare con aziende e non solo turisti e sono riuscito a risolvere il problema immediatamente. Cercano in ogni modo di soddisfare l’esigenza del cliente. Consiglio di affidarsi al loro sito per la prenotazione! Ottima scelta.

Dirt, lack of the minimum necessary, no broom and dustpan and rag for cleaning, full of dust balls and tissues on the floor, the published photos do not match the reality, found a gauze inside a drawer this makes it clear that cleaning is done, on the terrace the 4 new chairs and the table were missing as in the photo, terrace full of dirt and never washed, for cooking they had only one electric stove delivered to us dirty, lack of sponge and dish detergent, we were left without hot water for a day, the air conditioner during all hours of the day including the night made an absurd noise like a suction of air that prevented you from sleeping reported never fixed like many other things terrible management, responsible contact via email I never had a response. Uncovered sockets, exposed wires Found spiders in the wall. I must say a real disaster, a real horror. I strongly advise against coming here
