"The hotel located 20 mins far from Duomo in the North accessible by tram. The room was clean. And spacious enough for 2. They provided shampoo and body wash. Even some equipments did not work but they came to fix it right away. They have only one electronic socket point in the room which is a little bit difficult for 2 people but they brought us the spare plugs socket so it was solved."

"The location was pretty amazing, very easy to get to several modes of transportation, especially Metro and Centrale Train Station. The hotel was easy to locate, and the rooms were modern and good-sized (depending of your choice). I was on the 3rd floor and it was quiet as I was facing the inner courtyard. The shower was amazing, and the bedwas big and comfy. Daily housekeeping keeps everything looking fresh and neat. I enjoyed my stay. Just a few steps away, you have access to quick groceries from Carrefour or Pam. Definitely consider this place if I'm back in Milan again."

"The Bernina Hotel was truly the best choice I could have made. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly in Korean, saying “Annyeonghaseyo,” which made us feel instantly welcome. Since it was our honeymoon, they kindly upgraded our room, allowing us to enjoy a more comfortable and romantic stay. During meals, they even prepared a special salmon salad for us, making every moment in Milan even more delightful. My wife and I asked to take a photo together, and I told them I would cherish our memories of this hotel forever. It was an unforgettable and heartwarming experience, and I sincerely hope many others will come here to create their own happy memories too."

"Location was 💯 - saw a lot of reviews saying hard to find the hotel: indeed at the beginning. Then i realised the entrance is actually next to a caffeteria (Atelier del Gusto) so what we did is to find this cafe on google map and follow the way OR search for via Filzi via Galvani tram stop🤭 Breakfast was great too. Love taking tram around Milano👍🏽 - there's one stop(via Filzi via Galvani) right in front of the hotel. Hotel room was spacious and very clean."

"Great residence and location, a 5-minute walk from the metro. The receptionist was super nice and spoke a little French. However, the name of the hotel is incorrect, and the title on the Trip.com website is a lie. The hotel is actually called ”GREGORI HOTELS” and there is NO free parking: we ended up having to pay €67 for parking even though we had chosen this hotel for its 'free parking'. This is unacceptable! If we had known, we would have chosen another hotel WITH free parking."

"The hostel is located 8 minutes walk from Milano Bovisa Politecnico train station. Direct train to and from Malpensa Airport T2 just takes 30 minutes. As far as getting around the city of Milano, there is a Tram-Bus stop (Bausan) just under 5 minutes walk from hostel (after the round about). The 4 bedded sharing room comes with en-suite bathroom with timed hot showers. Bath towel available for rent at 2€. Hostel-wide WiFi access available. The in-house bar-bistro offers good selection of Italian and international fairs. For weary travellers the in-house dinning option is most appreciated. During the day, the common area has a more co-working vibe. As the sun sets, the ambiance transitions to a buzzing vibrant bar-bistro."

"I stayed there two times already. Extremely close to the Milano Central station to perfect for its purpose inside the central station that are various supermarkets and small shopping mall and a very nice food market and the place is very nice."

"Honestly, I was skeptical because there were no pictures or reviews prior to the time of the booking! But honestly my husband were pleasantly surprised!! Newly built so obviously in good condition. We had a corner room on the top floor that had a nice balcony. Shower with 2 heads with good water pressure. Some parts of the hotel were still working on construction so a bit busy, but besides that it's close to the station. The staff are lovely. The room itself was beautiful!! Definitely would come back!!"

"The Hotel was actually near the Centrale Station. The Receptionist, all of them are wonderful!! Bless them cause on December 7, 2025, around 1:50 PM, I arrived at Porta Garibaldi and took Metro Line 2 to Milan Centrale. While heading toward Exit Torriani, I paused at the stairs to secure my phone and metro card inside my bag. I clearly remember that my wallet was still inside, placed deep in a zipped bag worn in front of me. As I struggled with my luggage, two men were walking closely behind me. One of them—short white hair, around his 40s—suddenly grabbed and lifted my luggage without asking, speaking to me as we went up the stairs. I assumed he was just being helpful. There was no violence, no force, no confrontation. After reaching the top, he walked ahead past Glam Hotel, while I checked in at Smart Hotel Milan. It was at the reception, when I was about to pay the city tax, that I realized my wallet was gone. Only my wallet was missing; my phone and other belongings were untouched. I later learned this was a classic case of pickpocketing through distraction."
