Very nice and friendly staff, I was trying to decorate the room for my wife’s birthday and special thanks to staff (Ms. Kitty and xiao zhang) who helped me for three hours to finish it.
Definitely recommended to stay in this hotel

Great service. Fairy was ver helpful. She got me upgraded to a better room and arranged a birthday cake for me. She always communicated with me throughout the day in English. Jay from concierge was fantastic and Ivy set up the room. Everyone was amazing at the hotel. I will definitely return again. Than you！🌹

I visited Ningbo for the 1st time and had a nice time. This property is very well kept, clean and wonderful customer service. Unfortunately they had to close the indoor swimming pool, and that was a bit disappointing as I came prepared to swim, but understandable. Overall, I will be back for sure.Thank you for a good stay! Merry Christmas🎄

First time in this Hotel. Normally we used to go to another Hotel in Dongqian lake.
Hotel is very clean.
Very kids friendly Hotel.
Breakfast very good.
We had BBQ set for lunch with very Cold Heineken beer.
Recommended Hotel
We will come back!
