The room was spacious and I felt safe staying there. I also enjoyed the view of the airport from the rooftop pool.

Não havia comida disponível e apenas pedimos bebidas, mas a equipe nos fez sentir como se estivéssemos incomodando. Tirando a equipe, o hotel é ótimo.

B&B Hotel Nice St Augustin is a convenient choice for travellers catching early trains or flights. It is only about an eight-minute walk from both the Arenas area and the St Augustin Train Station, making connections very easy. The stay is simple and practical, with everything you need for a short stopover in Nice

Cons: • Aging Facilities: The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. • Poor Window Insulation: Cold air seeped in at night, but the staff promptly provided a portable Honeywell heater, which helped. Important Safety Warning: DO NOT LOCK THE TOILET DOOR A serious safety issue occurred when my friend got locked inside the toilet (which is in a separate room from the bathroom). The door wouldn’t open, and we had to call the reception for help. Fortunately, I was in the room with her! Shockingly, the staff mentioned that this had happened before, with a previous guest screaming for help until a neighbor intervened. After firmly addressing the issue, the hotel assured us that they had ordered a new lock system for the entire property. As an apology, they also offered us a fruit plate and a souvenir, which we appreciated. However, I believe it’s important to highlight this issue for future guests. Final Verdict: While the service was excellent, and the hotel handled our concerns well, the safety issue with the toilet lock is something potential guests should be aware of. If insulation and safety are a priority, you might want to wait until the renovations are complete. Otherwise, the service and hospitality were top-notch, making it a decent choice for a stay in Nice.

The location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations. The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean. The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies. I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults. There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes. Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days. The location is perfect to close to the airport with access to trams and trains. It’s so convenient and easy to get around Nice center!! The front desk ( Diego & Ana) were amazing and very helpful with every information that we needed. The only thing to keep in mind is that the stores, convenience stores are closed over the weekend - so in case you need any supplies please keep it all ready and handy! Enjoy your trip to South of France.

Perfeito para uma estadia rápida depois/antes do voo - a uma curta distância do aeroporto. Camas confortáveis, tudo limpo, café da manhã normal. O quarto é pequeno, mas você pode vê-lo no momento da reserva. Eu o usaria novamente para uma festa do pijama rápida.

A localização é excelente, literalmente de 5 a 7 minutos do ponto de ônibus e do ônibus de ida e volta para Nice. O quarto era limpo todos os dias e estava impecável. Adorei o café da manhã — os iogurtes, o suco natural e o chá (que você pode preparar em um bule, não em sachês), e a seleção de frutas e queijos — tudo estava perfeito, você definitivamente não vai passar fome. Há um traslado gratuito para o aeroporto, o que é muito conveniente.

had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean with fantastic views. The amenities, including the pool and dining options, were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring the area.
