Hotel Revels Plum

I got horrible experience staying in the hotel for just 8 hrs. Wall paint was chipping out, tv was just a show piece and turning on ac (window ac) was giving an experience of sitting beside a generator. Also, there was no temperature control in the ac so it made the room too cold and i have to wake up and power cycle it every hour. I was not able to get sleep. Also, there was an unknown fowl smell in the room. Beds were dirty and the property looked very old and it was without maintenance. I got scammed by believing the rating on mmt. It's better to book any hotel after visiting it.

The staff's behaviour is so rude. I don't recommend anyone to stay here. Service staff are greedy also. They charge so high for outside items.

Hotel location was new delhi paharganj located in main road and they have well maintained amenities wonderful staff service and awesome rooms there is all over good facilities full safe for family guest we will always recommend this hotel

Excellent stay the property has a lot of plus points ranging from location to services. The lobby is very welcoming, and the staff at the lobby are very pleasing. We were greeted with a pleasing personnel at 2. 00am in the night. Checkin was very smooth at this late hour. Restaurant is open 24x7. The staff are well trained to exchange pleasantries with the customer. Thank you all the staff and personal of the property who made our stay a memorable one.

Good hotel and good location. Nearby new delhi railway station. Room was very spacious and good decorat, lilan neat and clean. Washroom good clining. Reception maneger very helpful y, staff behaviour good.

Good facilities and wonderful rooms clean washroom location was very easy from new delhi railway station to hotel all market is near by this is the central delhi hotel there staff is very cooperative we will send there reference our all relative and friend circle superb & amazing overall

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay. All staff behaviour very good.

Toilet flush donot work no soap given in toilet to serve a cup of tea only in the morning takes more than 45 mins and when you say this at the reception, body language is. Don't care type
