The service is the worst. They have other hotels. They have given me a dirty room in this one. I booked hotel in luxury but they give me other hotel room bad.

Everything was very average. Nothing as mentioned. Ac stopped working in the middle of the night and i was denied another room. Overall unhappy.

My recent 3-day stay at this hotel was disappointing. Key issues: 1. Non-functional AC: Our room's AC didn't work for the entire stay. They brought a temporary machine, but it stopped working too. 2. Food Unavailability: Hotel doesn't have an in-house restaurant. Orders are taken from a nearby hotel, with a minimum 1-hour wait, even for a water bottle. If you want any plates and spoons they also taking more than 30 min because they took from another near by property. 3. Room Maintenance: Subpar cleanliness and upkeep. However, one positive aspect was the security - the guards were attentive, courteous, and provided a sense of safety. Unfortunately, good security isn't enough to compensate for the numerous issues. • Room Maintenance: 1/5
• AC/Amenities: 1/5
• Food/Room Service: 1/5
• Security: 5/5
• Overall Experience: 1/5 Improvement needed in basic services.

Actually it's a fraud booking. Stay was very poor. No proper cleanliness and neatness. Not even changed bedsheets and bath towel. Ac was not at all proper functioning. Amenities and food which was shown in the brochure is actually far from the hotel.

Bathroom and room floor not clean not fit for air travelers, behavior of all staff including reception very polite and helpful, location good rate also acceptable, please care about cleaning

First of all the experience is terrible, they didn't gave me the room on time, and the room was not the same what i booked from the make my trip platform the room is half the size of the room which i booked there is nothing like business class room, the room is dirty not cleaned properly. The bed sheets covers not changed it was used by the previous guests. The amenities are mentioned in the ad is not there, no minibar, no iron table, and many amenities are not there, the towels given for the washroom is not cleaned, the lights in the wash room is not working properly, the ac is not working properly. This my worst visit on this year, i have traveled more than 30 countries and book hotels from different platforms. While on india first time i used make my trip platform for booking a hotel and the experience is terrible. I will never use this platform for booking again.

In reality i got the room in terrible condition after waiting almost 45 minutes (their check in time is 12pm) didn't understand why i have to wait 45 minutes? room, bed covers, toilet were very dirty and too much smelly. They tried to change another room within their hotel but condition of other rooms are same. They also offered me to shift me to other hotel opposite and they didn't had power so i had to climb 4 levels and i refused. i didn't get my refund as well as i had to suffer lot of inconvenience and also had to book another hotel near by with my money. Good place for staying in near igi airport. Staff was good and very sweet . All facilities are available like ticking money exchange cab facility also available for 24hrs . Food was very tasty and quantity is good for 2 persons Very nice place in mahipalpur near IGI airport t3
