Sol Nessebar Palace Resort & Aquapark - All Inclusive

It was an amazing stay. The hotel is full of amazing things. There’s water park, entertainment, games throughout the day, there’s a kids clubs for kids, friendly staff members, cash machines in the lobby area and there an exchange where you can get/change currencies next to the reception. As well you can see the ocean from the pool and it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach and down some stair next to the water park. The rooms are amazing. There a sport area next to the water park. Also, there a massage place where you can get massages. Which I got the Thai massage on my last day. I recommend it. There’s a shop on next to the reception. Also, when you come out of the hotel turn left or right there shops couple minutes away. The hotel is close to Nessebar old town. It’s a 15 min walk on a straight road when you come out of the hotel and turn right. The only regret is staying for 1 week not 2 weeks or longer. It’s great as a solo trip, couple trip, business and a family trip, I went from 20th May 2024 - 27th May 2024. The weather was prefect and hot. It didn’t rain once. Martin from the reception made me feel welcome when I checked in and his work colleague when I checked out. I mentioned to Martin and his work colleagues I had a wonderful stay and I can’t wait to come back. Thanks to the staff members and reps for making the experience and stay a wonderful and amazing stay. It’s definitely 100% 5 stars hotel. I recommend it to anyone.

Amazing place at the Black sea! Perfect service, accommodation and food! Staff very polite! There are a lot of things that you can do, not necessary to leave the premises. I really recommend this hotel. Worth going there if you seek a nice place to spend your holiday!

We had an excellent stay at Sol Nessebar Palace. The hotel is clean and modern, with lots of facilities - pools, water park, bars, sports pitches, entertainment etc. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent, lots to chose from, even for vegetarians. Would definitely recommend!

The people from the hotel are very well trained. Rooms are big. The bathroom had shower and thub. Very clean everywhere in the hotel though the age is showing. Meals were great, sea food, cheese, salads, lamb, etc. Fun program for small kids every day.

No issues with the facilities but be warned the hospitality of the hotel staff at Sol Nessbar Palace is the worst I've ever experienced. They will not shy from using foul language and treating you like something on the bottom of their shoe if they wish to do so. Good luck trying to get 5 star treatment from people who can't even crack a smile. Not a place I would ever go back to or advise anyone travel to due to the contempt these people have for guests. I would like to give a special dedication to Georgi and Mari for having no clue how to run a front of house reception at the hotel.

The perfect hotel for me and my family - at the beginning and end of summer, and in high season when the kids are on holiday. A delicious meal with several types of fish. Excellent service with many attractions. I like the rooms with a sea view, but the ones without a view are great too, because they are a bit quieter.

Wow, what can I say, the hotel is one of the cleanest I’ve been too. Rooms were cleaned daily and well! Toilets in public areas always clean, regularly saw cleaning staff doing round cleaning. Food was standard food and not great but always something to eat even for fussy eaters. Spa was lovely, try a 4 handed massage it’s very different lol Animation team were brilliant…Petko and Sel were great with my 11yr old son when he did the sports, Elle from kids club was amazing with my 8 year old son and even encouraged him to join in with mini disco which is something he never does! Richo and Sunny were brilliant and I got on with them well, we were sad to leave the resort. In fact I loved it so much I’m going back in a week with my eldest daughter coz she couldn't go with us before due to exams and so missed out. Only downside is the mini disco and songs after the show are the same and tend to also be in same order so 2 weeks of that is annoying lol, but still joined in every time 😁 My kids loved the dance the animation team do daily and loved joining them on the bridge at 10am and 12.30pm to do the dance 😂 I’m sure the animation team got sick of us in the end lol but they really were amazing and made our holiday brilliant, we all will be back and 100% recommend the resort to everyone.

We have just returned from a week here and had a great time. Weather started off a bit dull and chilly at nights for first couple of days but soon warmed right up. Things started opening from 1st June like the beach bars and other restaurants but before this there was still plenty to do. Pools and slides are great. We found the food and staff to be great. Evening entertainment the kids enjoyed as did we. The room was very big with large double bed then separate room with twin beds for kids. Lots of storage. Only downfall was the all inclusive drinks. Cheap, weak pre mixed cocktails, the wine at beginning of week tasted much better than what they used later on. We are not big drinkers but on holiday I do like to enjoy some alcohol. This was a shame and has put me off returning. Otherwise we had a lovely time. Day trip to camel park was a hit with our boys 13 and 6. And a day in sunny beach for shopping. It rained hard for spells on this day. Indoor pool was very busy on the chillier days not great for adults. Hotel and grounds very clean and well kept. I would recommend if the drinks don't bother you.

Absolutely loved this holiday, the staff were lovely, there was plenty to do on site as well as off site, the excursions on offer through Jet2 were fun (I recommend the jeep safari, the tour guide was funny). The food was really tasty and varied, the staff worked hard to give a good variety and we all got to try things we hadn't had before. The rooms were nice and big, beds were comfy and although we had a room that overlooked the car park I was really happy with this as it kept us away from the noise of the swimming pool and the music playing at the bar (which wasn't overly noisy I just have bat ears!) the rooms were also cleaned daily and the staff always said good morning when they saw you they also were happy to teach a few words of Bulgarian. I loved that they had private access for the beach and that it was kept as clean as possible. The hotel isn't far from the bus stop which is 2lev per person unless you have a child under 10 years if you get the number 2 it takes you to the old nessebar town which is so worth going to and is the right one to take you back to this hotel. The lifts did get slow towards the end of the holiday but as we went before the school holidays we did notice a huge difference in footfall once the holidays started and it was most certainly this that slowed them down, most times in that case we took the stairs which was no problem as such to us but if you have mobility issues I would suggest taking this into account and asking for a lower level room. All in all we loved our holiday here and would absolutely go back for another visit.
