Overall The Ardboyne Hotel is a wonderful place. The location is excellent, lots of parking and gardens lovely. Inside the are many changes still my last visit. The new decor looks beautiful and I can see there are improvements being made throughout the hotel, not all complete as yet but obviously that whole hotel is going through an upgrade. The biggest asset this hotel has is its staff, there is nothing too much for them to do to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, this really is their jewel in the crown.

We recently visited Trim Castle Hotel as we wanted to go back and show our daughters where we were married. We were so pleased to see that the hotel was just as good as we remembered! The girls were delighted to see a teepee and some gifts in the room. We were also really impressed by the size of the family room, which had a king size bed, another double, a sofa bed as well as the teepee. We ate in the hotel restaurant, taking advantage of the kids eat free deal. There was a great choice of food for both adults and on the children’s menu and we all really enjoyed the meal. We had booked a private cinema experience which was just amazing! With plenty of snacks and drinks provided, it was a real treat for all the family! Breakfast didn’t disappoint either - delicious food and super attentive staff always on hand to tip up our drinks! An absolutely amazing hotel with beautiful views of the Castle. We all really enjoyed our stay and will be back again soon!

Clean, friendly, welcoming, comfortable ... You can't ask for more. This was the first night of our holiday in Ireland. It was brilliant, from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed. It was simply furnished in a personal way - nothing elaborate but everything clean and bright. Breakfast was a delight - the usual fare but all nicely presented and served in a very friendly way. This is B&B only, but it was perfect for what we wanted. Close to the beach too.

OUTSTANDING HOTEL SERVICE! we got married on Friday 12th May in County Armagh, where we then travelled to Cabra Castle for our reception. We have had non stop compliments on this venue. The staff were amazing & I will be forever grateful for how well our day went due to the staff. A big thank you to all staff but a special mention to Emma Gorman, who directed our wedding from start to finish & without her we would have been lost. My now husband is a very shy person around new people & never felt more at ease with Emma. She has never stopped checking in with us on the run up to it and we were honestly so sad the wedding is now over as we won’t be seeing her as regular! Another special mention to Carmel, whose attention to detail & on the day service is second to none. Thank you so much Cabra castle for creating the wedding of dreams. You really out do yourselves & we will be hearing of your amazing service from our wedding day for a long time to come. If anyone is ever thinking of booking a wedding - PLEASE view Cabra castle.
