I lived many years ago, and the European style is luxuriously decorated. The front desk and room service are warm, there is free fruit gift, the breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. I set a river view room, but I can’t see anything in the fog. 😂

I really rarely comment on accommodation. As a diamond user, I have definitely booked many hotels in Ctrip every year. Generally, I occasionally feel very bad, or I feel particularly good. I will spend time seriously writing a review for this. I especially like this hotel. First of all, the hotel lobby is large and clean, and the front desk check in is fast and the service is good. After entering the room, there is a need to send things, and the service staff responds very quickly. The room is large and comfortable, new, good health, the linen is very comfortable, and the details are very careful. Then I have to praise breakfast. Rich, delicious, warm service! So the pictures are used to take breakfast. The shot was not very good. I took it in a hurry in the morning. I took it for breakfast. There was no beauty and no attention to the angle, but the real sound should be heard.

This particular hotel is fairly new and it is built on the lake, which makes for a beautiful view from the room. There are food options close by as well as son was in the hotel. the swimming pool is very nice. the hotel. Staff are always very polite professional and happy to serve. It’s not our first time coming here and it certainly won’t be our last. Hands down the best hotel in Nantong!

Haven't been impressed with a hotel this cheap in years. Where do I start? Lots of shops and restaurants around. Newly built metro line with a station (Nantong University) within walking distance and as of the writing of this post free to use. Lobby was large and impressive. The in-room balcony was also beautiful, too bad it was too cold to really use it. The big windows gave nice views of Nantong University and I can only assume saves the company loads on energy consumption. The bed was softer than most Chinese mattresses so I slept great. The smart TV allowed me to cast videos from my phone. Robotic deliveries should be the law and this property had one. Some of the deliveries were slow, they could use at least one more robot butler. Although I didn't interact with the staff much they were great and actually seemed like they enjoyed working there. The mirror is really cool but trying to sleep with that bright was impossible so I covered it up with some little stacked boxes. I couldn't figure out how to turn if off, other than removing the keycard. Wish this place allowed pets: the balcony, flooring, and cheap furniture would make this an ideal facility to stay with a furry bud. This place is ranked #1 for Nantong on the app and I can see why: Whether you're a budget or luxury traveller, make a reservation here! Hope this is a chain and if I see one in my next destination that's where I'm staying

It can be said that the dog's supplies are more than we brought ourselves, but we don't want to cause trouble to the hotel. I hope that all cities can become more and more inclusive of pets, so that pet-loving friends can travel farther with their own babies. We like to travel with pets and have stayed in many hotels. The more pet-friendly hotels can feel their love! The price of the hotel booked by Ctrip changed on the same day and the customer service also made up the difference. I called twice to wake up and opened the room reluctantly, with my room card and my ID card. Dump it directly on the desktop. The next day I called at 12:30 noon to urge you to move out. I was confused and asked if you didn’t notify you in advance, but the front desk mocked and said if someone ordered a week in advance to notify you, is it useful? Hurry back to move things and leave. When the ticket was issued, I had not even issued a special ticket. After fiddle for nearly 15 minutes, I was smart and patient in waiting. Finally, let me summarize my experience. This is the worst accommodation I have ever experienced since working. The facilities and environment are all right. The front desk feels like we are begging to stay in your hotel. It is the most basic service industry. There is no respect or quality, so bad review! In addition, this is also the first bad review I have given in the past few years.
