Close to the railway station and metro buy the surrounding area seems to have minimal tourist attractions

Counter staffs are very obliging to extend my check out time to 2.00 pm . My departure flight is at 1700 hours . There was a slight cut to my right finger. And I asked for medical lawyer and she promptly obliged. Very courteous n smiling faces all around .

Very good location right next to Nanjing South Railway Station and not far from new Himalaya Complex (HIMA), and the hotel has a nice lobby, hosting a coffee shop too.

The room is clean and comfortable. the toilet got sensor toilet bowl and control bidet wash. Two cute robots to delivery goods and inside room got smart AI room service that will have quite fun to talk to. got there laundry room usage for customers with free of charged. only improvement needed is there language beside mandarin and front desk officer be more helpful for foreigner customer.

Warm service, good location, quality toiletries and amenities, bright and comfortable room. I would give it a 6 star. Things to highlight: •Dyson hair dryer •Nespresso machine •Soft drinks and biscuits that were replenished everyday • Quality bathrobe, bedroom slippers • bedsheets feels like a 900TC quality • AI butler in the room • Vanity dresser with mirror • Massage shower head with good water pressure • Warm bidet toilet that was much appreciated during our stay in winter • Complimentary fruits, dessert and porridge at the lobby every night • 5 mins walk to Nanjing South Station, both train and metro station are located at the same station. • Lots of food options surround the hotel. I highly recommend UrCove by Hyatt.

Hotel was clean, and very convenient as it is right above the station. Some would say it’s inconvenient as it’s not at the tourist zones, but I prefer somewhere less crowded.

Booked for a 5days stay for my trip in Nanjing, hotel is located about 5-10mins walk from the Nanjing South Railway Station. Starting with the pros of the hotel. Firstly, I’m most satisfied with the service level. Would like to especially praise staff - Zhou Jingjing as she noticed that I got wet in the rain and passed me some tissue when I arrived, a small action like this actually leaves a good first impression. Not to mention the rest of the staffs (including the housekeepers) were also helpful and action almost immediately. Eg. During my checkin there room wasn’t clean properly and has sticky stains on the table and chair, since it doesn’t bother me; I wiped it and feedback to the staff, housekeeper made sure the room was clean on the subsequent days. Secondly, room is spacious and extra point for the bidet in the toilet. Moving on to the cons which are all technology related. Firstly, the aircon can only be felt at the entrance, can’t really reach the bed area even though there is another vent, the difference in temperature is noticeable. Secondly, the TV offers screen projection; however, it does not work on certain nights. This hiccup was first observed at about 10+pm during one of the night, alerted the staff but not fixable as well, not sure if it was due to the wifi or TV issue? Overall, other than the technology devices which need enhancement / attention, I had a pleasant stay. P.S. Forgotten to take picture of the room but it is exactly the same as what the hotel and visitors posted.

Check in staff is friendly and polite. We had a room upgrade to a windowed room. However, We requested for a room change because of the smell but the other room had a stronger smell so we stuck to our room. Quality of hotel seems low. Location is not convenient for us. Luggage storage for 30 days and water is provided. Will avoid this chain of hotels but I have to say the service staff tried their best to help with the situation. Special mention to 丫丫 and 李雨晴 for being so helpful.

Amazing hotel and we loved that the Breakfast-Time was till 11am on Sunday 👍👍👍
