A localização é perfeita. Perto do metrô e da zona cultural de Fuzimiao, onde fica o Templo de Confúcio.
O café da manhã é muito bom e variado, com opções vegetarianas.
Os funcionários não falam inglês e não utilizam ferramenta para auxiliar na tradução, então comunicação é limitada.
Limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar, pois havia cotonete usado atrás do vaso sanitário e cabelo no chão do box.
No sexto andar, mesmo do restaurante, existe uma lavanderia que pode ser utilizada.

I took the 6 person room, you kinda have your own privacy space for the bed as it was separated with a curtain that blocks out light ,so you won't have to worry about if other people use the big light in the late night or early morning... There's a small bar on the first floor where the reception is. Overall calm and cozy stay

Location wise is good, room is clean, near to mrt and tourism spot.
Only want to feedback that the receptionist at 1030pm dated 31 Oct 2024, was not professional. She was trying to avoid eye contact while answering our queries on payable TV program and kept handling the computer only. Not able to resolve our issue. Appreciate the management to look into this for better front desk service experience.

Location is good ,just next to the tourist attractions. Other than that, overall not up to expectations. Smell of cigarette for the entire floor. There was a bug on the bed. The air quality is bad,probably due to the cigarette smell.

- location was good, very near to station & qinhuai area, the dumplings+ duck soup of wonton store next door was good and competitive price
- staff was friendly & nice. The lady made up my room very fast & neat
- room is spacious, equipment is good. However we felt the air conditioner was not working perfectly & the mirror lighting was not good for makeup
Anyway, we felt comfortable & relax during our stay, will stay again in other branchs of Metropolo

Decent hotel. The price for a night is quite high compared to the average prices in the city / country (around 500 rmb for a small room without a window, where the sink is outside of the bathroom). It's surely due to the location.
