提前大半個月定的這家全季，入住當天14.20左右辦好入住，14.25到達房間，一進房間聞到房間裏充滿了用捂了半個月濕抹布拖地的潮濕味，馬桶上兩塊擦不掉的屎黃色污漬，衞生間水龍頭髮黴，牀頭櫃黑色的灰。立馬打電話給前台，前台提出讓阿姨重新打掃，阿姨進來重新拖地，並用除臭劑遮蓋房間令人噁心的味道，然而馬桶上的污漬是擦不掉的。14.50分再次跟前台溝通，前台再次提出方案一：再次讓阿姨進來打掃。方案二：繼續等待半小時及以上予以更換房間，並不保證房間無異味。並未給出後續處理措施。14.50分聯繫了攜程客服，客服幫我聯繫華住會旗下全季酒店南京新街口中央商廈店，中間過程不想過多描述，15.35分看到了全季給我更換的新房間，新房間有些許異味是能接受的程度，除了晚上發現洗手池下水很堵淋浴器邊洗邊漏水之外並沒有什麼太大的問題呢真是感激不盡哈。浪費了兩個小時去扯皮。當天一起入住的朋友住進房間以後發現房間很臟聯繫前台，前台表示：當天滿房了，全季衹是三星級酒店，如果不滿意的話可以退房的。
攜程給我的處理很迅速，客服小哥也一直在積極幫我處理問題。最後攜程方面給了補貼並表示最後不滿意攜程方面予以更換酒店入住。全季你是背靠華住店大欺客嗎？我是用攜程定的有攜程幫我處理問題，我朋友用華住app訂的酒店最後就是不了了之了？以前出行一大半選了華住，以後避雷了，拜拜了您，高貴的全季。

為了住的舒服一點特意沒有去選漢庭 選了600多的全季帶窗。結果就這麼小一個窗户，房間極其潮濕還有臭味，還給我安排在靠着電梯門口，隔音效果極差，電梯開門聲音很吵，體驗感特別差 下次不會定全季了

攜程白金會員，第一次差評，房間老舊，被罩有窟窿，衞生間沒有插座，風筒插座不好用！跟前台説要安靜方向，結果臨街，非常吵。房間窗簾掉落，服務人員態度僵硬，跟其他的全季酒店差別太大！下次選全季還要慎重！

這是我住過全季裏面最差的房間沒有之一！！！當時還挑了個帶窗户的，結果是個假窗户，一打開，居然外面是一堵牆加設備平台，這樣的房間就應該是特價房，而不是正價房，花四五百，就住了這樣的房間，簡直是無語，無語，無語

服務太差了，如之前反反覆覆説不要安排角落房間，還加錢升級了房間，結果還是安排角落房間（上午12點就到店了，不存在沒房間的問題）。給前台打電話讓處理，一個女服務人員接的，遲遲不處理，態度也很差。後來還是找另一個男工作人員處理的。
房間很老舊，水池上還發黴。
