We booked one night here for our 30 year wedding anniversary. Knowing that it will be a busy tourist destination, we opted for an executive room for quite breakfast experience. What a surprise finding that the lounge was closed on Sunday morning showing a sign "coming soon"! For the buffet breakfast we had to wait in line to get admitted. It turns out that the line was not due to the lack of available tables, but because the staff did not manage to clean tables in time. The food remains and dishes on the tables next to ours were not cleaned for more than an hour! Staff was definitely not well trained and too low in numbers.
It very sad that a celebration of our special day, turned out to be a disappointing experience. Not a good calling card for the Hilton brand and a waste of the extra money paid for executive perks.
