Comfort Inn Murray – Salt Lake City South

這個酒店相比其他同類的加盟酒店都差，房間不大，設施陳舊，衞生不行，不夠乾淨，不推薦有對衞生有要求的入住

酒店在高速旁邊，好像是印度人在管理。房間隔音效果不太好，床不是很舒服，早餐種類很少，吃的一般般。

First we reserved as king bed wasn’t available when we got there the gave us 2 bed when we went to the room it was open so I went to the front desk and she came into the room and said everything was ok then when we went into our room it was dirty every where I will post the picture here never have I been to hotel this dirty

We were on a cross country trip with 900 other folks all making separate rooms. Glad we did this one. Close to our evening event and nice and clean. Would change one thing - there was a faint smell in lobby of curry. We had stayed at another hotel with a strong smell of curry in lobby and rooms. Had to air out the room all night so I could sleep. Asthma has limits with smells.

Hotel looks nice and welcoming. The breakfast is good. The bed/mattress was actually comfortable. The problem? DIRTY ROOM! Dirty bedding in terrible condition. Leaking sink. Dead cockroach. Filthy window. Rudest man alive at front desk. Was not interested and hung up on me. Don't waste your time or money!

Needed a room & have had great luck with Choice in the past. It was difficult to find signage & the entrance to this place. The lobby and our room had an awful smell. The room was very dark & worn, the motel needs an update badly. The fridge had standing water, the cabinet had large spots/grease marks, the carpet was torn and coming apart in places. The tub was stained with red streaks on the bottom. We were actually kind of scared to stay but knew we wouldn't receive a refund. Outdoor lights streamed through the curtains which would not close completely. We didn't even try the breakfast, we got out as fast as we could.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! I would rather sleep in my car than stay here again. I had a reservation for 5 nights, left after 12 hours. It was filthy. The staff was apathetic. Terrible experience.

DISGUSTING! My husband and his family are road tripping and have stayed at several comfort inn’s and this has been the worst one! My husband and I had to switch rooms three times this they were so disgusting. Black hairs everywhere. In the bed, bathroom floors, etc. There was poop or blood at the base of the toilet in one room and a used bath soap in the shower of another. My in-laws also had housekeeping issues as well. Can’t forget about the nasty water. We couldn’t wash our hands or brush our teeth because the water REEKED. Would give 0 stars if I could. (Pics are attached)

Don't stay here unless you like the worst experience with the booking/payment process ever. As I was going to take the room, I changed my mind because the charge was higher than we discussed. My card was in the reader but I didn't accept/insert pin to approve. Well low and behold they still charged my card well over the amount that I saw in the screen maxing out my card and leaving me stranded. And the kicker, was I had to find out when I tried checking in to the next hotel. So I returened to ask why they charged my card without even telling me so, and not giving me a receipt of any kind. Total **** about it, and dismissed me telling me to call my card company. So I called and Not only was it not even a preauthorization. It was a full charge and hold. They didn't even do a a reversal to release my funds, now I have to wait 3 days to have the funds available on my card. Went back to see what can be done as I needed a room my little boy and I. Turned into a horrible stressful night. Don't stay here if you don't want a headache
