Unfortunately marred by an excessively long check-in process. Upon arrival, my initial excitement quickly turned to frustration as I found myself waiting in line for what felt like an eternity. Despite having made a reservation in advance, the staff seemed unprepared for the influx of guests, resulting in a chaotic and time-consuming ordeal.
Upon entering the room, my dismay only grew as I discovered that instead of the advertised single king-sized bed, the room contained two single beds pushed together. This makeshift arrangement not only fell short of my expectations but also led to a highly uncomfortable sleeping experience. The gap between the beds and the hard seam in the middle made it nearly impossible to rest peacefully. It felt more like sleeping on two separate beds rather than experiencing the seamless comfort one would expect from a deluxe King room.

Inconsistent housekeeping time. Affects some of timing. Didn’t refill handsoap. Laundry super expensive, avoid their laundry if can. Bell boy didn’t always open the door for us. If you stay 10 days and above they will give u welcoming food and treat u like VIP. If you stay less than 10 days but a regular customer, they forget about you. Front desk sometimes have new people, takes a lot of time as they have to ask their seniors how to so stuff. Need improvement!

This is one of the best affordable 5-star hotels i’ve stayed in. The service was great. The options for the restaurants were amazing. Prices were not astronomical as well. The taste of all the foods in the 3 restaurants I’ve tried were amazing (Cafe 8, Baker J and Firehouse). We also tried their breakfast buffet. It was great considering the price was so affordable. This is definitely a hidden hotel gem in the south! I will definitely come back.

There are so many staff that are willing to help. Very courteous staff, always smiling and greeting the guests. My kids enjoyed the pool so much. Delicious food.
