The room was clean, the bed was big and the amenities were basic (tea and coffee, water etc) but there’s no real effort to wow the customer, and although staff do respond to requests, they aren’t very proactive. The restaurant is large and the menu is quite extensive but almost nothing for vegetarians or vegans, and despite three requests to have a veggie breakfast, we still had to explain it all over again the next morning to kitchen staff. The buffet is standard and not much to get excited about. The hotel was generally quiet. Overall, an average stay, not too bad, not too good but if you are in Lamphun you might want to consider it, due to its proximity to the railway station (10 minutes)

Ample parking, quite convenient to travel. Near the community, quiet, suitable for relaxation. Able to travel to pay homage to monks easily. The service staff is quite good, the rooms are beautiful.

Ecellenct room space because got one big balcony，the bed sheet was clean and felt comfortable. Anyway the water for shower was not hot enough, the hair dryer was get some problem that my hair was be dried after using 20 mins.... The big problem was noisy because facing the road🤣🤣u could hear the noisy from motorcycle and cars passed by any time...

If looking for a quiet place to stay To really relax I recommend this place, it is quiet, like a newly opened hotel or just finished Renovate. The hotel area and rooms are clean, there are complete bathroom amenities, liquid soap, shampoo, brush + toothpaste + cotton bud.

We booked 2 nights in a double room on the ground floor. Price 600 baht per night. Night market a arrow away, actually at the door! Chain restaurants such as McDonald's, Starbucks are all within walking distance from the hotel. The restaurants around the hotel are very international, including halal food. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Cable TV had many English channels to choose from. 2 bottles of drinking water were provided free of charge. There was also a small bar. Toilet was damp design so slippers were provided. Hot water in the shower was easy to control. In our room, the dresser mirror is directly facing the bed. For those superstitious people, the bed has wheels so you can push them in different directions. Looks small but superstitious people get pre-warned! Change towels and face towels daily. Rooms are also cleaned daily. The downside of this hotel is that at the moment, the kitchen/dining room is under renovation. There will be some noise during the waking hours, starting from about 8:30am. But this is not a problem as the daytime usually goes out for a tour in this place in Chiang Mai. Because the hotel kitchen is closed, it is not a comment. It is very convenient to buy breakfast from the local shops around the night city. Because the restaurant is closed, there is no place except the lobby area opposite the reception desk, you can relax and stroll around. It is 15 minutes walk to the airport. Taxi to the airport costs 150 baht. Overall, I would recommend this hotel because of its excellent location and reasonable price. Night market is nightlife in this area so not easy to get bored.

Good accommodation meets the standard of B2 hotels chain, the room is not small but not big in the room decorated with typical B2 bare cement, which gives a rather dark, dark and dim mood. My family and I have had a wonderful experience at North Hill City Resort. This is our first time here, but it won't be our last. The accommodations are lovely and even more attractive given that this hotel is relatively small and has a lovely boutique flavor. Everything worked perfectly in our rooms, and the showers are impressive in and of themselves with multiple jets of water that can soothe your aching muscles after a long round or two of golf at the world-class golf course (literally) 100 paces away from one of the entrances of the hotel. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We were also pleasantly surprised by how efficient and cost-effective room service was. All of our food came promptly and was hot and delicious, which has not been my experience of most hotels in my years of travel. The one improvement I would make would be to the breakfast buffet, which was very good, but limited. All the food was well prepared and delicious, but if there were more options that would be helpful. Mostly, however, it was the generosity of the staff which was most impressive. Under the leadership of the resort manager, Mr. Pholkrit Poenmunkong, we were exceptionally well cared for by all staff members, but, in particular, by Mr. Poenmunkong and the front desk staff of Nada, Ploy, and Chainoi. Mr. Poenmunkong was warm and generous with his time. He greeted my young son with a formal handshake which helped him feel very proud. During our stay, he also ensured that we had everything we needed to make our experience exceptional. The front desk staff was an exquisite example of people going ”above and beyond” to help us feel at home. When you're in a new city, small things matter, and whether it was Nada making sure my four-year-old had his hat (or carrots to feed the rabbits), Ploy ensuring that we took the correct shuttles to the correct places, or Chainoi making sure we had fresh towels and teaching us archery, we felt their warmth and their competence, which was a gift. What happened as I type this review is an example of this generous hospitality. I am sitting in the hotel cafe writing this review and Nada (who works with the front desk staff), unsolicited, greeted me warmly and brought me a delicious drink, which was quite thoughtful and appreciated. This is the type of service we've experienced North Hill City Resort and I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to enjoy a great hotel, with delicious food and amazing hospitality.

Only stayed one night (fortunately) but found the tile and concrete room noisy and loud. Children were running up and down the hall until 9.30 pm, after which quiet finally descended. We booked late and were given a hot west-facing room which required the air-con to run all night. The room was large and clean and the bathroom efficient and there were good hanging racks. Staff were not really that friendly and the free ”breakfast” was just sticky rice and instant coffee. Lots of free parking. However, it is walking distance to the old city and the Friday night walking street markets, which for one night makes it ideal.

Mahidolsodok has a delicious coffee shop nearby, turn left out of the alley to reach it, the night is easy to come back, the morning is fresh, no pollution when the service is very good, back late, still bring gin juice to eat. Cure drunk too, too long. Write a lot for a long time, focus on freshness.
