- One thing we would really like to see improved is the in-room TV. The TV is too old and there is no Internet TV, cable channels, or online streaming services available. We could only watch a few local channels, which were low quality and very limited 😭"

GGuest UserI recently finished a lovely 4-night stay at Nimman Luxury Private Pool Villa. The property offers wonderful privacy, and the single-level villa layout with direct pool access is incredibly peaceful and comfortable.
During our stay, we did encounter a technical issue with the water heating system. The water temperature across our entire room—including the toilet basin and the shower—became extremely hot. Even our private swimming pool water got quite hot instead of the comfortable warm temperature they advertise. Because of this, we had to ask their in-house technical team to come to our villa several times. They were very persistent, tried a few different fixes, and eventually got the entire system completely rectified by the next day.
I must say, the staff handled the situation with immense patience, politeness, and care. Their fast, attentive response made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and they made sure we were completely looked after.
My only constructive feedback for management is regarding the breakfast buffet. As a guest managing a strict low-carb, diabetic-friendly diet, I found the healthy selections to be very limited. The salad bar has a small selection and lacks basic healthy staples like olive oil or balsamic vinegar, and lean unmarinated proteins are missing. I ended up bringing my own unsweetened soy milk and yogurt to the dining area each morning.
Overall, our stay at Nimman Private Luxury Pool Villa was great. The 5-star hospitality, beautiful setting, and excellent service recovery from the staff make it a resort I highly recommend!

SSupasinee TOne of the most impressive stays I’ve ever had. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful, green, clean, and beautifully maintained. During our visit, it was a long holiday and quite busy, yet we were able to check in on time. The room was spotless, with excellent soundproofing, and the housekeeping staff were lovely.
We enjoyed an oil spa treatment and traditional Thai massage — everyone in the family agreed it was wonderful. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile, from the parking lot attendants, front desk, spa therapists, and restaurant team to the pool staff, security guards, and café baristas.
For dinner, we tried The Fable Fest and every dish was just as delicious as the reputation promised. At the Rabbit Café, the shio pan and coffee were outstanding — every cup and every bite was delightful.
In short, this stay was truly memorable in every way. This is one of those hotels that can genuinely make you smile from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.

UUsuário convidadoAmazing location. Beautiful exterior and interior. The moment we reach toscana, the building can be seen from afar. It seems like the leaning tower of Pisa Italy. Then the parking is plentiful. No need to worry. Just that it is shareable with other visitors of nearby attractions. But I’ve never encounter full parking during my stay. Stepping out of the car, the air is chill. Then we went to lobby and greeted with smiles from receptionist. They’re very helpful and friendly. The check in process is easy. They gave map of nearby places to visit. Of course some places to go nearby to take pictures but not much activity to do. The surrounding place has similar vibes and design as in Italy. Cafes, with water bodies, with amazing food. After check in, the hotel porter assisted to lift our bags from our car at the parking and bring all the way Up to our room. The elevator is quick. Since its only 7 floor. And the hotel is not crowded. Since its 2 units per floor. The room is cosy, clean, spacious, with beautiful views. Amenities are amazing. Comes with coffee machine (capsule type) nescafe brand in the pantry. And premium selections. Mocha, americano, etc. Mineral water and canned drinks are provided and they will come and knock the door to offer top up daily. Snacks available inside room but some have to pay. Breakfast is good with vegetarian options. Overall it’s one of the best hotel for us. Definitely recommended.

DDaryltyhMuthi Maya's staff has really good service and they went beyond my expectation to provide me with a cake as it was my partner's birthday. I have stayed with their other hotel within the kirimaya group, Atta, and my experience there was a really good and pleasant one, hence chose to stay at another of their sister hotel. However, Muthi maya is very far from most facilities and facilities are only accessible via their shuttle service based on certain timings or by driving. During the stay, one of my kids experienced a medical emergency, a allergy reaction, a first for me, and Kirimaya group's hotel is not the hotel you want to stay at when you are faced with a medical emergency. Firstly, Muthi Maya's reception does not have the basic necessity of a medical kit or medical bag. We even contacted the Kirimaya's hotel reception and Atta's hotel reception and there was no medical bag that we can have access to. Secndly, the nearest hospital is at least 30km away. My kid's breathing pipe was closing and waiting for the ambulance was definitely not a good idea. So if staying here, Driving is the best way to get here. Other than this huge scare, because i stayed during their 'non-peak' period, the hotel breakfast was not the usual buffet and this was a huge disappointment for me as i was looking forward to a good breakfast given i have stayed at Atta before and the breakfast was really good when i stayed there. one night in Muthi Maya cost twice as much as atta as well, Hence the high expectations. Overall, i would say the room was really huge, and pool in the villa was really clean. but sadly because of the situation i had face, i would reconsider booking this group of hotel in the future.

MMeloooodyHad a 3d2n in this resort. The room itself was very big and we were amazed by the private pool, rooftop Terrance and the onsen. We were able to do the check in at the room itself. Their services provided were very good. You can also have your own bbq at the rooftop however you might really need to tell them you want have the bbq your own. If not they will helped you cooked the food and served to your room. The quality of the bbq food I would say was average only. Could have been better. I like that we can get to choose in room dinning for our breakfast and there’s quite a few options for the breakfast. As for the location wise, it was a very ulu place and some of the road leading to the place doesn’t have lamp post light and a lot of pit holes making it hard to drive in the dark. Have to take note of the parking place as you need to park on a down slope 😅. Other than that it was still a good experience staying there!

However, only 1 bed room comes with King size bed while the other room is provided with Queen size bed .. It will be good if both rooms are provided with same kings size bed as 2 couples may share the same villa and both adults couples prefer to have king size bed ..

UUsuário anônimoIt was a big house with 2 bedrooms - 2 queen sized and 1 king sized bed. It had everything we needed. Buffet breakfast included. They gave us new towels and bottles of water each day. The surroundings were beautiful. Good location to explore Khao Yai area, with a petrol station and a convenience store nearby.
