"We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park. However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem. One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty."

"The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the room was incredibly comfortable with very clean floors. It was a really pleasant stay. They even offer a free shuttle to Huaguoshan and the Great Waterfall, and there's a cute delivery robot that brought our meals, which was a huge hit with the kids! It created some wonderful memories. Highly recommend."

"Our family of five – one grandma, 80+years old, two adults and two teenagers, had a wonderful time at Huangguoshu (Yellow Fruit Tree) in Guizhou. Huangguoshu Waterfall is the largest waterfall in Asia, which is 67 meters high and 83.3 meters wide. The whole Huangguoshu scenic area comprised of 18 waterfalls, making it the world’s largest waterfall cluster. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast fried noodle was our favourite. After the daily adventurous outing to the national park, we enjoyed the nice shower and were able to sleep soundly at night, the room is clean and new, outside environment was peacefully quiet. On the day of departure, our self-pre-arranged transporter changed the vehicle from a 6-seater SUV to a 21 seater bus, which we rejected. Thankfully, the hotel manager helped to call up his transport contacts and was able to arrange a comfortable 6-seater vehicle to get us to Anshun Railway Station. The staff at the hotel are all local people, so they know the place and the people well. This boutique hotel is highly recommended. Our family of five bring back with us wonderful memories of our stay here. Here is something we liked about the room And facilities : - T.V. : Projection TV for family room, unique experience - Bath: strong water pressure, give good shower - Toilet: sensor self-flushing - Towels: single use bath towels and facial sheets, replenishable - washing machine: first time I stayed in the hotel provide in-room washing machine!! Is super convenient -Fruits complementary at the lobby: fresh from the farm peach , lychee, Chinese red bayberry (Myrica rubra, also called yangmei (simplified Chinese: 杨梅) -Transport: complementary transfer to and from hotel to Huangguoshu entrance, any timing"

"The hotel's location is excellent; turn left outside, and you can catch a tourist bus to various scenic routes. The hotel itself is quite good, with a well-equipped gym and laundry room, and the breakfast is also decent. Five-star praise goes to the hotel's operations manager! We met him when our child was playing in the pool, and he gave us many great tips on how to explore the Big Waterfall and other fun and tasty spots nearby. We followed his advice: in the morning, we went to Tianxingqiao, then did the 'Little Yellow Duck' rafting. Around 4 PM, we visited the Big Waterfall and walked through the Water Curtain Cave. At the exit, we tried Gongding tea. Because rafting took up some time, we had to skip Doupotang, saving it for a night tour next time. Finally, at Visitor Center No. 2, we used our package ticket for the 'Fly Over Huangguoshu' experience. It was a perfect day, and we're very grateful for the suggestions!"

"Yinshan Wangyue Homestay (Hidden Mountain Moon-Gazing Homestay) was definitely the most impressive, satisfying, and memorable accommodation during our 5-day Guizhou trip. We stayed for two consecutive nights, and our whole family absolutely loved it! ☺️ The homestay's overall design felt as warm and inviting as home. The room was very spacious. To the left of the entrance, there was a designated spot for luggage. Then, a large living room with a comfortable sofa and a rug came into view. Next to the sofa, there was even a cozy little tent set up for the kids, making them feel safe and secure. To the right of the sofa, a bar counter and a small refrigerator were cleverly designed, and the fridge even had complimentary cold drinks. The sleeping area featured a tatami-style setup, which was convenient for the children to get in and out of bed. The shower and toilet were separated, and there was also a bathtub. The kids absolutely loved it! ☺️ They also provided children's toiletries and disposable slippers (which were very comfortable). The 6th floor also had a gym and a laundry room (with a washer-dryer combo), all fully equipped. It was clear how thoughtfully everything was considered~ The homestay's manager (who previously worked in hotel management for a large corporation) and the lovely owner (who loves marathons and trail running) both pay great attention to detail. From the anti-collision corner protectors in the children's pool to the umbrellas and lounge chairs by the poolside, the adult and children's books arranged in the sunken reading area of the lobby, the projector setup in the leisure area, and even the cute cartoon elements on the bathroom walls that kids adore – all these details show that they genuinely care for every guest. They truly think of all these small things for everyone. Breakfast was served right at the homestay, which was incredibly convenient for our family traveling with elderly parents and children! 👍🏻 The breakfast selection was also quite rich, healthy, and nutritious~ We hope Yinshan Wangyue Homestay continues to thrive. The next time we visit Guizhou, we will definitely 'come home' again! ☺️"

"i went to this hotel with high expectations as it is a four stars hotel. I am foreigner coming with my parents. the most positive is the staff was really nice with us. but I can feel the hotel is a bit old, the mattresses were too hard, and I have been woke up the morning at 7.30 am by out noise. you still need to pay entrance park ticket and the ticket office is far from the hotel. if you want to see the waterfall at night you still need to purchase one more ticket. I feel it’s so wrong…so the hotel is inside the park but don’t that much advantages. 我带着很高的期望来到了这家酒店，因为它是一家四星级酒店。我是外国人，和父母一起来的。最积极的是工作人员对我们真的很好。但我感觉酒店有点旧了，床垫太硬了，早上7.30我就被噪音吵醒了。您仍然需要支付公园门票，而且售票处离酒店很远。如果想晚上看瀑布还需要再买一张票。我觉得这是非常错误的......所以酒店在公园内，但没有那么多优势。"

"What an unexpected gem of a hotel! From the moment I stepped into the room until my reluctant departure, every detail redefined my understanding of what a 'travel sanctuary' could be. It wasn't just a room; it was a period of time enveloped in tenderness. The榻榻米 tea area by the window, the room layout, the bathing space – all simple yet incredibly elegant. The hotel breakfast was an absolute delight! A nine-compartment wooden bento box, brimming with delicious, homely flavors. And the service details – from the front desk staff, to the shuttle service, and even the kitchen auntie – I felt pampered at every turn. I experienced a 'five-star feeling of happiness' here, not because of luxurious facilities, but because of the warmth of being treated like family while on a journey."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, less than a 5-minute walk from the No. 3 sightseeing bus stop, which is the closest stop to the scenic area. The hotel facilities are very new, and the management style resembles that of a large chain hotel. Room service is handled by robots. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable and spacious. The hotel has its own underground parking lot, making it very convenient for those traveling by car. There's a food street right across from the hotel, so dining is super easy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Huangguoshu. On our first day, we entered the park around 3 PM, avoiding the peak crowds. We visited the Great Waterfall, Doupotang, and even got a bird's-eye view, and there weren't many people around. On the second day, we woke up early and took the sightseeing bus to Tianxingqiao around 6:40 AM. It was very uncrowded, and there was no congestion at all. We had finished our visit and returned to the hotel by 9:30 AM. This off-peak travel strategy was fantastic. Huangguoshu Waterfall is definitely worth a visit; it's truly magnificent. The hotel's excellent location also contributed greatly to our experience."
