"Our family of five – one grandma, 80+years old, two adults and two teenagers, had a wonderful time at Huangguoshu (Yellow Fruit Tree) in Guizhou. Huangguoshu Waterfall is the largest waterfall in Asia, which is 67 meters high and 83.3 meters wide. The whole Huangguoshu scenic area comprised of 18 waterfalls, making it the world’s largest waterfall cluster. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast fried noodle was our favourite. After the daily adventurous outing to the national park, we enjoyed the nice shower and were able to sleep soundly at night, the room is clean and new, outside environment was peacefully quiet. On the day of departure, our self-pre-arranged transporter changed the vehicle from a 6-seater SUV to a 21 seater bus, which we rejected. Thankfully, the hotel manager helped to call up his transport contacts and was able to arrange a comfortable 6-seater vehicle to get us to Anshun Railway Station. The staff at the hotel are all local people, so they know the place and the people well. This boutique hotel is highly recommended. Our family of five bring back with us wonderful memories of our stay here. "這次入住漢庭酒店的體驗真的超出預期，必須給滿分好評！✨ 從辦理入住開始，前台工作人員就熱情又高效，全程微笑服務，主動介紹酒店設施和周邊環境，讓人感覺特別貼心。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果也很好。衞浴設施齊全，熱水供應穩定，洗漱用品質量也不錯。 酒店的公共區域更讓我感到驚喜，大堂裝修現代簡約，還有專門的休閑區可以坐起休息和自助茶水站咖啡站。非常方便。有免費的洗衣機和烘乾機。甚至還有健身房，4.0版本漢庭還是太領先了哈哈哈想的太周到了，早餐種類豐富，味道也很贊，有當地的特色早餐，建議大家都可以去嚐嚐脆哨和辣子雞。而且這裏離客運站，售票大廳還有黃果樹瀑布的入口都非常近，衹有幾百米的距離，走路也就幾分鐘，也不用擔心車子開過去不方便停，酒店也可以免費停車。附近好吃的也很贊！離得也都很近，昨天吃的一家小飯館還可以來酒店接我們，味道也很不錯。 整體來説，無論是服務、設施、環境還是衞生，都無非常好。性價比超高，下次來這裏還會選擇這家店，強烈推薦給大家！👍"

"We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park. However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem. One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty."

"房間還不錯，定了兩間，但晚上帶着孩子11點多辦的入住，出去吃了點兒飯，回來就12點以後了，回來後酒店大堂全都黑燈了，而且還找不到值班人員，好不容易上去，還有一間房房卡不好使，打不開門，房卡上的電話還是空號，最後通過攜程平台聯繫店家，從新刷了遍卡，才打開房門。值班過來的小夥還不錯，一直都挺客氣，等進入房間後發現沒有拖鞋，沒有地墊，沒辦法太晚了，也不想再折騰人家了，從孩子房間拿了一雙先用着，回房時又發現門鈴是壞的，洗手盆下水還有點兒堵，不能一直放着水用😓，洗手液也沒給加註，就剩一點！"
