"위치는 근처 식당들과 편의점들이 걸어서 다닐수 있을 정도로 가까웠음. 다만, 주차장이 있으나 저녁에 나갔다 들어오면 자리가 없을 듯하여 차량으로 구경하는 것은 포기. 그래도 상림공원까지 산책 겸 가기도 좋았음.
일부 시설이 낡은 것은 가격을 생각하면 어쩔수 없다고 생각은 하나 샤워기 필터교체 및 화장실 타일 측 곰팡이는 관리가 필요할 듯.
전반적으로는 만족하며, 근처에 다시 온다면 재숙박도 괜찮다고 생각함."

다 구비되어 있고 ,화장실도 깔끔하고,
한가지 모텔 입구엔, 인터넷 구비 된걸로 적혀 있는데
제방엔 인터넷이 없더군요. 인터넷만 있었다면,
기본 4점이상은 줬을것 같아요. ."

"침구 깨끗하고 화장실 객실 모두 넓어서 가격대비 가성비 좋아요. 지리산함양시장하고 가까워서 좋구요~ 주차장도 있고요~
샴푸 바스 있고요. 린스통에 샴푸가 들어있어요. ^^;;
단점이 에어컨을 틀면 냄새가...담배피며 에어컨을 틀었던거 같기도 하고 객실 복도에서 어떤분이 담배를 피우던데 그런 것에서 오는 것이지 모르겠어요. 객실에 재털이 같은 것이 있는 것을 보니 담배를 필수 있는 곳이었나봐요. 제가 몰랐다는요. ^^ 담배피는 분들은 좋을 것 같아요~"
