/// stayed in December 2017 /// This is the review that I feel so indebted for the compliment review. Back in December 2017 , we spent our New Year Count Down in Moscow and stayed 3 nights at this hotel. (During that time the hotel was under major renovation) Our first impression: we booked for a regular room for 3 of us but at our arrival, the lady (seem to be the Front Manager) at the counter offered us the free upgrade to the renovated wing.....thank you so much. That was quite surprise us but when we accessed into the room it’s even more surprised me for its cosy luxury interior. This hotel is one of the best hotel I ever stayed - all the details in the room is as exquisite as the other ultra luxury hotels I experienced. It’s even 4 years back but I still remember well for the LOMONOSOV coffee/tea set that they use (one of the high-end porcelain brand I love and be using at home too). + Crystal wine glass + Nespresso Machine + KitchenAid Kettle + plentiful mineral drinking water. Wi-Fi is super fast (as recalled). Back then there was some situations in Europe and Moscow during that time is full with soldiers. However the hotel’s securities guard remember us well and helped telling the soldier that we are the hotel’s guests when we tried to access the perimeter to the hotel. Not to mention the location itself is great ,right next to Bolshoi , TSUM shopping mall and subway. On the departure day, due to the securities perimeter that blocked all the car to access to the hotel - the hotel staff managed to help us find the nearest spot where our limo can pick us to the airport. The most regretful thing that keep bothering my mind is I cannot remember the name of the lady at the counter who granted us the upgrade that made our stayed in Moscow is another remarkable memory......Thank you once again here. And would there be any chances that I could visit Moscow again - I would definitely stay at this Metropol again.

The dining room was magnificent and there was a fountain in the middle of the hall - there were squid and Japanese goldfish. The downside of the hotel is that there is no parking lot of its own. For friends, the car needs to be parked in the ”Children's World” paid parking lot, 200 rubles per hour. (300 rubles per hour during the day)

The staff are respectful and serve you in an excellent way, the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, the services in the hotel lobby such as the presence of an ATM and money exchange service, the rooms are of good size, the furniture is good, the location of the hotel is very excellent and in my opinion one of the best hotels in Moscow.

The location of the hotel is very good, the surrounding attractions are very convenient for shopping. The price of the room type picture provided by Ctrip does not match the actual price. We (4 ladies) stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe King Room (40 m²). A Deluxe room is a larger guest room than the superior one. This room was very comfortabale and well designed. The bathroom was large and well equipped. There is a towel warmer & electric rack dryer for a quick wash. Etro toiletries are provided daily. The Breakfast is great with large variety. I really liked the semolina porridge; it was light and tasty; and the Benedict (well poached) eggs served on soft English muffin with (NOT so eggy flavored) hollandaise sauce was perfect. St. Regis Moscow Nikolskaya is the only hotel in the centre of Moscow offering full Butler Service to every guest of every room type. My butler was the sweet and amazing, Mr. Yousef. Very nice hotel. I live on the top floor, and the 1 meter 8 bed is very comfortable. The wood-furnished rooms, the windows are on the top, and the light and airy views are great. Near the subway, eating, haircut, everything. The most important thing is that 10 minutes walk from the Red Square, the front desk attendant service is also very good, English is also very good, unfortunately the second day is booked late, the room is full and forced to vote for a family, 5000 rubles a night has not yet This is good. Recommend this home.

I have been living in Moscow from 2018 - 2020 and was a long term resident of Marriott Aurora and Marriott Grand hotels. Due to Covid-19, January 2022 was the first time when I came back to Moscow after a long period of time and had decided to choose Marriott Grand for my stay. The hotel is located right on Tverskaya Street walking distance to the Red Square, theaters, many other cultural locations, and the wonderful Depo Luxury Food Mall in Moscow. It is also very close to the Belaruskaya train station which has the Aeroexpress directly to/from SVO airport. What differentiates Marriott Grand hotel from many others are the staff which are always there to help you with anything that you might require. The front desk staff are always accommodating with any early check-in and late-check-out requests and the concierge is always ready to help with restaurant and other reservations. Additionally, the hotel has a great buffet breakfast, nice restaurants, and also great room service which is available 24 hours a day. The gym and spa center on the -1 level is also really great, it has a wonderful gym equipment, swimming pool, sauna, and hammam. I wanted to also complement the hotel for it's cleanliness, from the lobby, the elevators, the hallways, and of course the rooms, it is a pleasure to see how the cleaning staff are always making the hotel look tidy and clean for the guests. Overall I really would recommend this hotel to my family and friends and hope that this review can help others on Tripadvisor to make the hotel selection in Moscow. Thank you once again Marriott Grand staff and General Manager for making our stay so wonderful! We are looking forward to staying with you again during our next trip to Moscow.

It's pretty good, there are many kinds of breakfast, and the taste is good. The room was clean, but the mirror of the dressing table in my room was facing the bed, which was a bit scary. The location is also very good, in the block, very quiet, there is a bar street nearby, there are also convenience stores, pharmacies and so on. Take a taxi from Red Square 10 minutes. The English at the front desk is very good and the service is very enthusiastic. It is very helpful to ask for directions and change change. PS room service is awful and expensive

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel! We love this hotel very much! Ideally located for us! Downstairs there are shops, cafes, a pharmacy! It is convenient to get to any direction! Or even walk! To the Red Square to walk a maximum of 10 minutes! In general, we like this hotel) there is no even thought to change for another! The rooms are stylish, clean, the food in the hotel is delicious!

The location is very good, near the Belarusian station. Belarus Station link Xie Airport, great. There is breakfast, not all is rich, simple, and can be full. The room is not big, two people are enough, the facilities are old. The National Day price is relatively expensive, 2020 yuan three nights, but Moscow is not cheap. In summary, if you are not too concerned about the room, care about the location. Recommend this hotel

The front desk was very welcoming and went to the intersection to meet and help take the box. The hotel as a whole is small but exquisite. The size of the room is ok, and the decoration facilities are also good. It is the noise of the room facing the street, because the pedestrian street is downstairs and there is street singing in the evening. The first night was sung until 3 am, the second day with the hotel feedback, and later improved, did not continue to sing at 11 o'clock in the evening. Everything else is fine.

Always liked this hotel, of course its main dignity is the location, center, a bunch of sights, brand stores and class cafes nearby. Good parking for the car, too, is not expensive. The hotel is generally quite comfortable, good repair has been done. But the truth is already a little undershaarpal and there are cleaning problems, it is not done quality, although it is fast and every day without reminders. At the hotel there is a cafe where you can order breakfast and dinner, but there is a number of cafes on any taste. Protested and in the hotel, I can't recommend, the Swedish table, the food is cold, the choice is not big (but for 3 stars good) food is not replenished an hour before the end. Perhaps the biggest problem was noise isolation, all that happens in the neighboring rooms and the terrible state of the plumbing. Summary of the fact that you can close your eyes for small shortcomings and recommend the hotel for visit.

We were about to arrive early from Istanbul. Turkish asked us for a PCR at the last moment, we had to lose the flight, buy another and arrive at night. We are from Argentina, where Rublos doesn't sell. The airport bank was already closed. We went to the hotel and we had the dollars to pay for the 3 rooms reserved and Rublos to pay for the first night. Despite being tourists, not speak Russian, having traveled from morning to night and it was late, they told us that we were left right and we would change silver. We walked over an hour, we lost, we asked people how we could, we were exhausted. We had to note the address and explain it changes to flowers or pharmacies. Or they should go, because once I learned, I saw it was easy. We lost a lot of health. I don't understand as a hotel, it is not prepared for that. Thank you for we went. I don't recommend Russia to any foreigner with this complication. Let's take the dollars and change them or wait a day or be with us. And let's give them more guarantee than leave them $2,000!!! and passports.

Metro is 1 minute, and of course the location of the heart of the capital. The hotel is hidden behind a block of shops so it is very difficult to find. It is however in a block with high end shops just a few metres behind Louis Vuitton shop. Very lovely hotel with warm hearted and very helpful staff. The bar man/ porter/ everything you need is amazing. He really goes out of his way to make your stay at this hotel memorable. The receptionist assist tou with everything from calling taxi service to advising you on what to do. Hint: Moscow is full of photographers that take beautiful pictures, for very cheap rate, use them, they are amazing!!! Loved everything about Moscow, was a pleasant suprise!

I booked the hotel via the Internet, the booking was impossible to cancel and when cancelling at me from the map would have been written off 7000 rubles. The first is a very simple hotel with no slippers, no shower gel shampoo, and no dedicated airport shuttle service. Traveling in June, the air conditioner is not cold, and it will be sweaty indoors. Very very very very close to the city center, the location is very good, but you will be too noisy to sleep with the bar downstairs at night. On the weekend, the entire street downstairs can make you noisy at four or five in the morning. I can't sleep at all, I play with them too much. There are no major problems with the other. Reception can be in English and can be requested.
