The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable. When they arrived, we were charged more taxes than the advertising said in Tripadvisor, the lady told us that it's like a hook, wow! Not to say .... Well you don't pay the parking until 1:00 p.m. the other day and the next restaurant is very good, breakfast there!

The locations is stoning and the view is a breath taking. The location next to the mall and next to the American Rrstaurants is super convenient. The food at the facility is OK, less than I expected for the looks and the location, the menu could be INPROVED big time. The only problem I encounter is the water pressure is very poor and the sinks located withing the room and next to the beds is NOT A VERY GOOD SEEN. Again the facility is well worth the stay and the convenience of the H&M, Starbucks, Dominos etc is excellent. I oh and it has central heating system with A/C and heater, thermostat very new and easy to use. The policy of the stuff in regards the hygiene in regards COVID-19 is exactly as it should be, and the stuff are thought and they stick to the rules. I would recommend it and I would stay at Fiesta Inn again is for sure.

We stayed at the Hotel over Christmas week. Our room was semi-attached to another casita and we shared a patio and a great view. There is a small pool, a spa that we used, a business center which I used constantly, and a restaurant bar. We did not have a car and cabs were easy and the concierge found a great driver who spoke English who took us places. I wish I had one more day to just lie by the pool and enjoy the view during the day. I would recommend it as opposed the the hotels closer to town, Also, at night you have the advantage of coming home by the lighted aqueduct . The only negative is that the hotel down the street can be a little noisy but that could be because of the holiday season. The desk was great and you want to have pesos as they cannot change large amounts of money.

Very happy with my decision to stay at the Best Western Gran Morelia. The hotel and its team exceeded my expectations. I had a great room (the hotel honored my request for a room in a quiet part of the hotel), the room and hotel were spotless, and the wifi worked great, The hotel is in a good location in a park next to the convention center with a small shopping mall across the street. It is not walking close to the city's historic center but taxi's and uber service was readily available. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel in good though service in some areas leaves much to desire, The receptionists become something serious all the opposite of what should be, Paty of room service was gruesome and flattering, I asked him a bill and he asked me if he had left my data which if I did and wrote on the sheet he sent me, I told him that the guardian asked me that if I had already made a bill and I commented on him that if so he guardian told me that there was no need to note My tax data,Paty of rooms service, very personally answered me that she was not aware what will not correctly note my data if I wanted my bill, which was made very badly that answer. Once I went down to the restaurant and I asked Paty to help me, he didn't see me in the face, he didn't look up and always told me when one moment he attended me, it was very unpleasant to have contact with this person, I have been hosting with you several times and never had happened to me something like this, I returned very disappointed by the service of this person called Paty, instead the other cash boxer if he met my needs very well and friendly and at the buffet restaurant me The hotel was very good, but it was very good. It is a hotel with a little old but pleasant rooms, they should only give customer service training and smile a little more, my super clean room. Thanks to my coach. I am IHG Platinum Ambassador partner and I think they should have offered a up grade free Also, I hope to come back soon and see some changes and improvements.

The hotel, when the young people were welcomed, was the time to sleep, under the swallow there was dirt and hair, it seems that no swallows and swallows change. We reported and asked for a change of sabans and changed our room to a wider, but it smells fresh bacon, and we traveled with 2 small, it was unpleasant smell, we wake up with legs with sticks, The next day at the breakfast that ”was included” we took 15 minutes to let someone listen to us, half cleaned the table that only kicked her out of the food that was there, the table went and last 5 minutes to tell us that it included ours The breakfast was seen as the fleshing skin flower, when she told us the breakfast was done with so much flesh that she was hardly listening, walking asking the other foot permission to move forward. We had booked for two nights and we decided to deliver the room and gave them breakfast, we decided to get up and go.
