Friendly and helpful staff, Good sized rooms, internet is reliable, good water pressure and how water. The pool and grounds are clean and attractive. Plenty of on site parking with a 24 hour attendant. On site restaurant is good - we only had breakfast - which was about 200 pesos per person for the buffet. My only complaint is on the air conditioning. This was not the first hotel I've found that advertises as having air conditioners but the units are set to cool no cooler than 80F. The hallway, lobby, and common areas are adequately cooled but the rooms are hot and hard to get a good night's sleep in.

Hotel location is very good, in the center of the ancient city of Morelia, the environment is very good, very Spanish style, service is good. The hotel has a parking lot and needs to walk for 5-6 minutes.
