Standard hotel room but the room is not well maintained, wall full with water marks, tear out walls, can feel the room is very moisture especially after shower.

+ easy to negotiate for early check in and extra amenities (really appreciate this, thanks so much for the staff in-charged on the day I checked in)
+ has mini refrigerator, hot water, drink maker amenities in room
+ quiet and peaceful area
+ convenience store connected with the hotel lobby, restaurants, laundry shop, Waterfront and Siti Payung cake shop are nearby
+ iron and its board are provided outside rooms
+ good staffs service
- bathroom cleanliness needs to be upgraded
- the housekeeping services came quite late (at 3 pm something) at the moment I was staying
- just a few TV channels and the reception was not very clear

I have booked this hotel for my friend who has a business trip at Miri. Overall, this hotel is ok and worth with the price as a budget hotel

Not a hotel for a good rest. We stay here for a night during a weekend transit to Brunei. Nearby pubs or karaoke played loud music until 2am. Room is small, shower is small. Pillow case not change (with somebody else hairs).

They have wide space of parking lots. Only a few minutes walk to Miri Waterfront. Nearby eating place. Decent hotel with decent cleanliness

Great location. Eveything is within walking distance. Captivating sky line especially during sun set. Walking distance to the new Time Square mall.
The room is nice. Value for money. Staffs are courteous and attentive. The only shortcoming with the room is the cleanliness of the bathroom. Other than that, everything is perfect.
