Some distance from the subway station, the surrounding environment is quiet when entering and leaving at night, you need to pay attention to Milan's security, and be careful when entering and leaving at night.
My room was arranged underground, and the road was right out. Because it was an inner street, the sound was not too noisy.
The room is fine but acceptable. Room cleaning is in good condition.

Hotel Minerva was affordable and in a great location. We knew it wasn’t going to be a super fancy hotel, but we wanted something affordable and in a good area. The subway is literally right next door which made getting places around Milan so easy! We always felt safe at Hotel Minerva and in this area. The breakfast in the morning was good (7am-10am) and the staff was friendly and helpful. For what we paid, we were happy with our experience!

This hotel is at the perfect location - less than a minute walk to the Duomo. In close proximity to the tram station and the subway station. There are a lot of places to shop and eat around the hotel. The single room was small but perfect for a solo traveller like myself. The hotel staff was nice and kind (especially Jimmy - he was very helpful). The breakfast spread was decent. Very much recommend if you prefer to stay in the heart of Milan and in close proximity to all the best places. Good to mention that most of the pick up points for day tours were within 10min walking distance.

I highly recommend this hotel. The room and bathroom were surprisingly spacious, very clean. The staff were super helpful with our many questions. There’s a nearby park, shopping mall, apertivo and easy to use trams to get around Milan. Breakfast was excellent. There’s a real attention to service at this hotel.

Milan is the last stop of our trip to Italy. Because it is a self-driving car, we are more afraid of entering the restricted area. However, we met several ZTLs on the way to the hotel and called to the hotel for consultation. Because of language barrier, the front desk found one The Chinese aunt gave us a call. The aunt didn’t know the traffic rules and gave us the phone number of the boss. The boss also enthusiastically explained the prohibition. When she arrived at the shop, the aunt came down to welcome us and introduced us a lot. , I also praised their boss’s personality 😊, and they have been eagerly asking us to pay attention to safety, especially in Milan Cathedral, where there are more thieves. It is suggested that we can store our luggage in a safe place like a hotel. The room is also very comfortable. Both have enough heating! If you want to go to any place, you can take the subway. The hotel only takes about 3 minutes to walk to the subway station, and you will be on the Piazza Milano. It’s very convenient. I didn’t go to the boss’ restaurant for dinner this time. Go again! ~

Well located with ample public transportation near the hotel and about a 40 minute walk from the city center. We had a double room with patio that was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is accomodating particularly the night female desk attendant. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying with a good variety. Lilly, the head person in the breakfast room, was very friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed her service and personality. Overall, we had a very good stay here and would definitely stay here when visiting Milan. Highly recommended.

NNavigate28743766783We stayed at the Marriott Courtyard Milano Linate for one night, which was just as well, as it was not an enjoyable stay. We already knew that the location is not in the central city, which is fine as it's meant to be more accessible to the Linate Airport and not to the tourist attractions or CBD. The check-in experience was not great - as a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member there was nothing different than being a non-Bonvoy member in this case. When I enquired about a room upgrade, I was met with a flat ”no” without the check-in staff even bothering to look, saying there was non available. There was also no offer or points to redeem when dining at the property restaurant, which is normally the case for many other Marriott properties. In general, the service was clinical with a weak service culture. This aside, the walls in the rooms are thin and you can hear the foot traffic outside and next door. The breakfast was okay for this property tier, but once again service was very minimal. The only redeeming part of the service was when we checked out, the staff on duty then was great and got us a cab quickly. Overall, this is a very functional hotel - if you are simply looking for somewhere to sleep for the night at this price range, it will do but it's not a place I recommend otherwise. There are plenty of other hotel options in Milano.

LLamees Al-MahroosWent there for a short 3nights stay In Milan, I followed the recomendations and book a room with a balcony on a high floor (Executive twin room on 9th floor overlooking the back street).
The hotel is in a walking distance to the Duomo with a tram and bus stops opposite the entrance. The hotel is also surrounded by 3 restaurants (2 halal) and a small beauty salon. Reaching the hotel from airport was smooth. We were first greeted by a very polite and helpful bellman who took our luggage and then guided us to our room.
As we walked to the reception we were greeted by everyone, such a frindly and helpful team (later on helped with directions and calling the airlines). The check in process went easy.
Arriving at our room was through 1 of 3 elevators (small but efficient). The room (902 if I remember correctly) was located at the end of a corridor, in a very quite section. We were assigned a corner room and as I requested in a high floor, it was very spacious with lots of natural light coming from the balcony. The furniture was old-fashioned, 1 king bed and on request was separated to 2 twin beds, a small open closet (the room had sufficient space for a proper one), the room is also equipped with a kettle and coffee machine with daily refills of coffee, tea and water and a --free-- minibar. The marbel bathroom was also very spacious and very clean, the shower is amazing with very good flow of water, big size vanity (didn't like the black sink though). The balcony was very narrow more like a French balcony but on a corner furnished with 1 chair only (anyways it was scary to be there - liked the natural light it brought). My request was for twin beds but the reem had 1 king. I called the front desk to clarify and they arranged for housekeeping to seperate the bed. Allover, was a comfy room we enjoyed.
The only 2 negative points I see were:
- the old style furniture all over the hotel (need to be refurbished).
- Housekeeping. 2 times during our short stay the door was opened without a knock or bill ring.
This hotel would be on the list for a next travel.

GGuest UserThe Klima hotel is absolutely lovely. The service was wonderful, all of the staff were polite and friendly and we got a”Bonjourno!”or a “Ciao!” every time we passed. The room was spacious and the bed was huge! The shower was powerful and everywhere very clean. The location is within an industrial estate but the bus stop is a 5 minute walk, the tram stop is a 10 min walk, and the local train station is a 15 minutes walk, with a Milano card, this was great. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

GGuest UserAfter reading all the mixed reviews, I won't lie, I was not sure what to expect. The images on the site looked great so I stayed optimistic. We landed at Bergamo and got a coach transfer to Milan Centrale which was around €60. We had 2 large suitcases so got a private taxi to the hotel which was roughly €20. Be prepared to do lots of walking!! We checked in at 2pm and paid the local tax, and the staff were lovely, all bar one who was always a bit grumpy !! The staff were more than accommodating and welcomed us so well and one of the ladies gave my children a little Minions activity pack each which they loved. Breakfast was included in our package which I didn't realise- brilliant! The selection was good and I was impressed by how many alternative milks they had as well catering to those with intolerances/allergens ie a gluten free diet. (I would however recommend that the gluten free items be placed further away from the pastries and cakes to prevent cross contamination, as well as a separate toaster) Fresh juice was available everyday as well as a good selection of fruit salad, cakes, pastries and different kinds of teas. I would suggest a few more options for those that do not eat meat. Nonetheless the breakfast was great- especially the marble cake!! We had use of the pool and gym included. My children would stay in the pool all day if they could but it was great to cool down in as it is incredibly hot!! The gentleman at the desk suggested taking the 27 tram into the city centre, and this is just a short walk away from the hotel. It takes roughly 20 mins max to get to the centre and runs every 10 mins which is great. We purchased a travel card (3 day and 2 day separately) for €12 and €8 which covered bus, train, tram and metro. (These can be purchased at convenience stores or the metro station). Children also travel free on public transport as far as I know. The rooms were big enough for us and were tidy on arrival. We didn't need housekeeping everyday but the ladies who did come in did a fabulous job and didn't disrupt any of our items. These ladies were lovely and always smiled when we greeted them. We had air conditioning which was a god send as it was very hot during our visit- nearly 40°C!! WiFi is included but you have to get daily codes which was a bit annoying but the gentleman at the desk gave us enough to cover the last few days of our trip. The hotel was clean and tidy as well as smelling nice- I need to know what fragrance is used in the lobby!! The staff were great and I cannot thank them enough for all their help during our staff, they are a credit to the Novotel chain. I'm really sorry I didn't catch any names during our stay, but can gladly recommend this hotel to my friends and family! Arrivederci!!

Many breads, sweets, yogurt, eggs, sausages, cereal, some fresh fruit and espresso/cocoa machines. They also have some menu items in the lobby to eat later in the day. Shortly after check in, I received an email asking if everything was ok. I texted back that we just checked in and everything looked good except the garbage can wasn't emptied. Within 5 minutes, I had a call with an appology and asking if they could come and empty the trash. which they did within a few minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rainhead shower head which was great, Only a couple blocks from Central rail Station and many restaurants in the immediate area. It's a good moderate hotel, I would look for a bigger room next time, but it was fine. They have murals of the train station to make the room feel bigger. .Wake up calls both days were on time. For a low price hotel, this was great.
