Bmore Apartments

We have an extremely negative experience with BMore Apartments Milan in September 2023, and I feel compelled to share it to help fellow travelers avoid similar problems which could easily ruin your vacation in this gorgeous city. My family booked a room at BMore Apartments Milan through ***********, expecting a comfortable stay during our visit. However, our experience was nothing short of a nightmare despite an unjustified rate of $1000 per night almost. Firstly, the room description on *********** was egregiously misleading, failing to provide essential true  information about the room's size and layout. We were shocked to find that the so-called 40 sq.m room size included the balcony etc. and that a partition wall divided the space between two separate hotel's rooms. Literally you can't make any move in this tiny space without striking a corner or wall. Any reasonable person would feel claustrophobic in this space. These details were crucial to our well-being because of the recent 5-days ago leg & arm injuries at Lake Garda and temporarily limited mobility. Their lack of transparency and their omission were deceptive. It left us feeling unsafe in an office building with no reception and no 24/7 security and a few apartments only on the 6th floor managed by BMore. The presence of the partition wall created an unsettling, unsafe and noisy environment, further highlighting the disparity between the description on the website, rate charged and the quality of the accommodation. This was particularly distressing, given my wife's recent Vespa accident and injuries.  Additionally, the absolutely unprofessional manner in which Andrea, host,  ran the check-in process by collecting personal data and fees charged without clear identification of himself raised additional significant security concerns. Guests should have the right to know the identity of the individuals handling their personal information and financial transactions which they refused to share. Our attempts to address these issues with BMore Apartments were met with sarcasm and a refusal to consider our proposal for a fair resolution despite the obvious circumstances. I strongly advise any travelers to Milan to avoid this establishment and explore alternatives with true description, authentic photos, honest terms & rates and most important - commitment to guest safety, well-being and satisfaction.
