Estrutura de excelência. 6 elevadores, Quartos amplos, com boas camas e mantas, ótima divisão. Chão de pedra horrivelmente gelado no inverno, somente de sapatos se pode andar. Cacifos para roupa ou bagagem nos quartos. Casa de banho de sonho, com o único aquecimento que funciona nos quartos. Eu levei meu colchão para o Wc para conseguir durmir, pois o hotel tem uma política que nos meses de outono/inverno a temperatura dos quartos não ultrapassa os 22º, acontece que meu quarto estava a 14º, após ir a gerência não conseguiram arranjar o problema, tive que pagar e não ter conforto. Na noite seguinte haviam me dito que o problema estaria resolvido, mas não foi real, decidi então aperta os botões do abre la consegui ter meu quarto a 26º mas a gerência veio e desligou. Não me ofereceram mudança de quarto. Hall amplo e open space para que estejamos juntos mas ao mesmo tempo separados. Biblioteca internacional, CoZinha partilhada com forno e placa com 8 divisões, portanto consegue-de cozinhar mesmo o hotel estando cheio, não foi o meu caso mas se fosse estaria solucionado. Panelas, frigideiras, pratos, bols, chávenas, copos. Área de jogos, mesas grandes, sofás e poltronas, ou seja , sendo uma cadeia Alemã tinha tudo o que era suposto ter pelo preço pago.

Considering we paid £30 a night, this hostel was excellent value. The staff at reception are friendly and check in was smooth. The rooms are clean, and the beds comfortable. When we asked for extra pillows the staff delivered these the next day as promised. The hostel also has a kitchen and nice lobby/bar area where you can order drinks (bottled peroni €4). It’s also a nice place to sit and meet travellers, we met many friendly travellers at this hostel. Lambrate metro station is a 3 minute walk away from the hostel and can get you into central Milan in 15 minutes. Overall I would definitely recommend a stay here.

The staff was friendly. Location is okay, takes 15 mins by metro to the centre. Breakfast is good. The shower cabin looks and feels dirty. The shower tray is yellow, wouldn’t step on it barefoot. There is mould around the edge of the shower tray and the house pipe right under the shower head was broken. Not interested of maintain the rooms. The pillow is a disaster. Very flat, uncomfortable. There is one for one bed. I didn’t have a proper sleep and that what is one of the main thing when you’re on a holiday. I thought I’d stay in this hostel again on April but changed my mind. Doesn’t worth it.

Great communal space with games, sofas and bar/cafe in the lobby. The hotel is close to the metro and station. We were able to take trips into Monza and Lake Como easily as well as explore Milan. Room was cool , quiet, and bathroom clean . Very friendly staff. Throughly recommend for value.

Opposite the Lambrate train and metro station this is a clean, no frills,but efficient hotel. 24 hours reception with a friendly and helpful staff, a reasonable priced bar and snack facility with provision to heat or make your own meals. Well lit bathrooms, fairly spacious rooms but don’t expect carpets stuffed chairs etc. Breakfast is extra but quite wholesome, a self service buffet spread of boiled eggs, salad, fruits, cereals,yoghurt,juices, bread ,cheese, cakes,cold cuts,tea and coffee all for €7.90 extra location is a little letdown as not many restaurants nearby and very few options for the vegetarian

We toured Italy for a week and found out really late that our flight back from Milan was during Design week and hotel prizes were crazy. This wasn’t exactly cheap place to stay either as prices were up in all places in the region. Meininger Milano Lambrate delivered what was advertised. Bed was good, our room was quiet and shower excellent. We didn’t ask for more as we stayed only one night. Front desk was better than in most starred hotels: we were greeted very warmly and no question were left unanswered.

Very nice and cosy hotel. Located near from everything and just a few minutes from the city center. His design is super fresh and modern. The vibe is just amazing. I was there with some friends on a city break and they were very cool giving us a room only to the specific number of people we were. Also, the idea was to visit the city, and we did, but my biggest wishes were to stay there, chilling in peace. Definitely to come back!

Modern and interesting design, very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Good free wi fi speed everywhere, 24/7 reception and bar service. Very friendly for families. The location is not central, but is easily accessible from the city center via metro (green line). The area has some local trattorias with very good quality and far better prices than the duomo district. The neighborhood is safe and the nearby railway station (Lambrate) is never empty, though it might look a little "dark" as first impression

Went to Milan for two nights and had the best surprise with Meininger - didn't know the concept but we loved it - the design, the comfort, the location were perfect for us (very close to Metro/train station). Besides the available breakfast, they have a fully equiped kitchen for the guests' use (we didn't need it but it's an excellent option).
