Ótima localização, bem próximo à estação Milano Centrale. Deslocamento na cidade e para outras cidades muito fácil. Instalações modernas e café da manhã excelente.

The hotel is near Milan Central Station and metro stations.
The room and bathroom are spacious enough.
Complimentary mineral water and body cream are provided.
City Tax is required to pay at check-out.
The receptionist allowed me to check in earlier and explained about the use of lifts and room card in details.
The hotel was under construction during my stay, but there was no audible noise.

It’s a super nice place I’d recommend. It’s a pity that the outside if the building is under renovation. Everything is so clean, especially the washroom is so refreshing.

Location is good. Just a few minutes walk to central station and even closer to the airport bus.
Some renovation going on and maybe that is the reason of the good price.
Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is near the Milan central station, and there’s airport bus near by.
Hotel is under renovation, but it doesn’t affect the quality of service. The room is clean and spacious, staff are very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is under renovation. When I checked in, it was around 2pm and desperately wanted to rest but the room was REALLY loud because construction was happening right outside of my room. It was ridiculously loud. I asked the front desk to change the room and the second room they gave me was a lot better. I personally do not understand why they charge you full price when the hotel is under construction. There should be some kind of advantages to customers when the hotel is going under construction..
The room was small and clean. It was clean but I can tell air wasn’t. The mattress was terrible also. Right side of the mattress was a bit sagging. It was obvious that the customers were sleeping on the right side of the mattress more often.. it was sagging on the right side. I stayed in this hotel for 4 days and definitely would’ve moved if it was free cancellation.
Front desk staffs were very friendly and supportive. However I do not see this hotel as 4 star hotel.

1. It is so hot at room with poor air conditioning, I have to open the window but the street was noisy, and I was bite by mosquito.
2. The water heaextremedirty.
3. The paper towel of box could not fully hanged up at the wall of toilet.
4. When I check out at morning time, the hotel staff wanted to treat me and asking me to give her 5 Euro for city tax. Finally, I answer her that I had given during check in on yesterday. Hopefully, I had kept the receipt of the city tax.
As a 4 star hotel, it’s impossible and terrible.

The hotel has partnership with a car park and it charge €29 for 1 night stay not 24 hours parking.
Breakfast was delicious and many kind of food selection start from cold breakfast like yogurt, cereals, cheese and ham to hot breakfast like toast and boiled eggs. Also they have some champagne provided with extra charge.
The location of hotel is near metro just 3 minutes walk.
