Lofts Roma Norte by VH

These lofts look modern and comfortable however once inside they are paper thin separated to each other which means you will hear absolutely everything what’s going on in every apartment. People were very noise in common areas or high volume TV until 3am or more. The response from the property management was very slow from the beginning. Contact phone numbers that are no longer in service. Late check in instructions and slow turn over for messages placed throughout the ********** app. Another bad experience was the heat and mosquitos inside the loft. Although the staff brought us a fan by request, which alleviated the asphyxiation we were feeling, the mosquitos took care of the rest.

Fully equipped with kitchenware for someone who was staying longer term. Great walkable location and beautiful rooftop. Extremely poor sound proofing and could hear what every neighbor was watching on television etc. You only get the check in code two hours before you arrive.

There were so many things in bad condition, they say they will give me a reimbursment and they never did

We weren't able to sleep in the booked hotel because when we arrived they told us that they do not have our reservation. After 2 hours!!! of waiting we finally got an alternative which was about a 20 minute walk through the city (no, they didn't offer us a taxi or any refund!). It was a room with a lower standard, we were not able to shower as the water was coming out in every direction because of the chalky deposit. Also there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. So the booking process seems to not work at all as we weren't the only customers with these kind of problems during this evening.

Es lugar esta en una excelente zona, demasiado ruido, la gente grita de las habitaciones de alado, los guardias no hacen lo posible para mantener un orden en el edificio, todos hacen lo que quieren
