Muito cara para o que oferece. O quarto ficava no térreo então não é possível abútuas janelas. O restaurante do hotel faz shows a noite, o barulho incomoda o hóspede. Tentamos ir em um deles, muita gente sem máscara e sem distanciamento, desistimos. O quarto em si é confortável, mas o hotel num todo não vale o q cobra

Na média a experiência foi regular. A localização perto do centro histórico não ajuda, pois a rua e a praça não parecem muito seguras. Pouca iluminação na entrada e o checkin até meia noite atrapalha a chegada muito tarde na cidade. O quarto que ficamos não tinha janelas para o exterior, apenas portas com vidros que se abrem para a circulação de um pátio interno. Essas eram portas duplas , mas quando abria uma parte não passava uma pessoa. Esse pátio se comunica com um bar que funciona nos fins de semana com música ao vivo até as 22h (mas não respeitaram o horário e foram ate 22:40h com música extremamente alta). Bom café da manhã e decoração/mobiliário novo e moderno.

A lot of the staff could speak some English or get help. They were very patient when communicating. Breakfast is a nice sit down and be served meal, but starts at 9am.
At check in we were told that we could have a complimentary drink at the upstairs bar in the evening, but our waiter didn't seem to understand or know about this so we dropped it.
The rooms were wonderful and able to be dark at night. The evening bands on the rooftop were fun to attend and stoped playing at a reasonable time when you needed a quieter room.
I'd recommend for someone wanting a nice room in historic district.

Highly recommend! The staff are amazing, the location is great and the rooms are large and clean. The super friendly, helpful (and patient with me trying bad Spanish before speaking English) left a lasting impression on me. I recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city.

SO LOUD at night it’s ridiculous! The restaurant blasts music until midnight and then an hour of cleanup after with paper thin walls. How this is a 4-star hotel is beyond me. Believe me, stay anywhere else but here in centro!

The property itself, and the rooms are very boutique and quaint. We were in love when we first walked in and saw the property. Our problems were with the extremely loud bands that were playing each night. Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They would have a live band that was so loud we could not sleep until midnight. Then a DJ would follow that until about 1:30. In addition to that, we didn’t have hot or even warm water for three out of the 6 days we stayed there. Upon complaint about the water, we were just told that it would be taken care of, which it was not, and nobody ever followed up with us until we went down to complain again. When we asked to change rooms due to the noise and the water situation, the response was,”somebody should have emailed you about the noise”. No response to the water situation. When I asked to speak with a manager, they went to speak with her, she looked our way, and gave us a dirty look, and just jumped in the elevator, and we never spoke with her. It’s unfortunate as this is an amazing property with a great rooftop facility. Very close to many dining options. And lots of shopping. Due to the customer service, no hot water, and the noise, I would not recommend anybody staying here.

The staff was very nice and the room was very clean. However, on the weekends, there is a live band that plays every evening until midnight. The noise is deafening even from the lobby. there were also random noises outside my door very early in the morning. I would not stay there again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional and made our stay very welcoming. The surrounding area is beautiful, historic, and a great glimpse into the city’s culture. The facilities are great and the breakfast is excellent. Highly recommend!
