Honestly to give this property 2 stars is generous. I almost never write bad reviews and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever experienced. The check-in experience was THE WORST check-in I have ever undergone- despite showing the front desk my ******* confirmation and passport they demanded that I show them a QR code which they never sent, and required ******* to contact them to send which they did but wouldn’t acknowledge it was their responsibility to do so; the overall process took 1.5 hours. None of the staff speaks English, which is incredibly surprising to me given this is a large hotel in the center of a tourist area. For the whole duration of our stay we were required to wear plastic fluorescent wristbands and were not allowed to remove them for the duration of our stay- this I found highly strange and unprofessional; they also charge you $50 if you lose it. The property itself was very sp**** with amenities with no extras of anything even upon request; there was no cleaning service during our 4 night stay. Two of the nights our suite smelled extremely strongly of acetone and gasoline, which we had to air out with the patio doors just to breathe. The hotel did not answer questions directed through the ******* app. The area is not walkable as it is in the middle of a business district that is not pedestrian friendly. There is no pool or restaurants as shown in the listing. Honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve had, only positive was the cleanliness
