O 1º dia da estadia o hotel não avisou que as ruas ias ficar interditadas a partir das 20h impossibilitando o acesso ao hotel e ao estacionamento perto (assim como aos demais em volta). Grave falta por um hotel de 4 estrelas.
O consierge indicou um restaurante aberto até as 2 am e quando chegamos só era possível beber. Também não sabia o que era o prato tradicional da cidade, tampouco soube dar sugestões. Serviço de consierge pessimo.

Restaurante horrivel! Garçons despreparados e demora absurda! Hotel comunica no site que tem atendentes em espanhol e em nenh momentos achamos um em nossa estadia. Preço do café da manhã carissimo pelo custo-beneficio. Destoa dos hoteis da rede outros locais do mundo!

The hotel was very tired and needs updating quite desperately. There was damage to one wall in our room, the 'king' bed was just two singles pushed together and the bathroom was looking dated.
One especially disappointing thing was when our room was cleaned only one towel was replaced, the bed wasn't made properly and the shower gel wasn't topped up so we ran out.
Pool area was really nice but the bar was never staffed/open which was a shame. Great location to be honest and the reception staff were really great. Organised us a taxi to the train station which ended up cheaper than Uber.
We did pay good money for this hotel so it is disappointing overall unfortunately.

Overall our stay was good but here are the highs and lows.
Lows: our access cards stopped working daily and it was very frustrating having to go to reception to put right. No one seemed to know how long we were staying. It happened 6 times.
The maid came into our room every day without knocking. On occasions it was embarrassing if you understand me.
The reception didn’t know anything about boat trips which I would say is usually the advantage of staying in a hotel vs air bnb. You get lots of guidance and suggestions of what to do.
Our room wasn’t ready and we had to be moved. Even though we got there at 12 it was still not ready at 3pm. And new room smelled stale like cigarettes when we arrived.
The pool area is lovely although the bar wasn’t staffed 95% of the time and when it was the prices were ridiculous.
The buffet which was free was good and set us up for the day.
