Overall good, clean, large space, from the apartment window, you can see the sea, the location is convenient, not far from the main food tourist location, if you come to Melaka next time, you will also enter.

自助入住的公寓，入住過程有點費勁，當天坐大巴到目的地聯繫酒店方時，發現對方留的聯繫方式根本錯誤（區號不是馬來本地60的而是61的），一直打不通，後來費老大勁聯繫平台放獲取到酒店真正聯繫方式，電話聯繫後安排WhatsApp溝通，不支持漢語，衹能英文交流。 發了一個網上連結要去交300🐴按金，不接受現金或者tng,wechat,或付款寶，衹能是銀行卡（當時感覺通過非平台側的付款連結賺錢真的很不踏實） 房子就是小區房子的格局，入住後沒有洗漱用品，記得自己帶，也沒有啥酒店服務，味道有點大，房我們大晚上去隔壁萬豪前台借了兩幅牙刷。 小區有泳池和健身房設備，整個設施還是很好的 離雞場街市中心來來回回還是得打車，周邊不是很繁華，最近的吃飯地方得走十分鐘左右（雞將軍雞飯粒）

I stayed at Asiatic Hotel Melaka and booked the Family Suite with jacuzzi. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a living area, balcony, and in-room spa bath. While it’s not a true duplex layout, the suite still felt roomy and comfortable for families or groups. The jacuzzi was definitely the highlight – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Amenities such as WiFi, smart TV, minibar, and toiletries were all provided, making the stay convenient. Parking is available in front of the hotel, free but limited on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you arrive during peak hours, you might need to circle around to find a spot. Location is excellent – close to major attractions like Jonker Street, A Famosa, and shopping malls (Dataran Pahlawan, Mahkota Parade). There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby, so dining is not an issue even though the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant. One small downside is the soundproofing; you can sometimes hear noise from the hallway. The lift is also on the smaller side, so it can get busy during peak times. Overall, Asiatic Hotel Melaka is a great choice if you want a spacious suite with jacuzzi, free parking, and a central location. It’s comfortable and good value, especially for families or friends traveling together.

Nice stay here. Overall was so clean and comfortable to stay here. And easily check in to room. There’s few facilities available in the apartment. Price wise was cheap.

Given room was at 10th floor. Found out most of the rooms at the same level are abandon. As a solo traveller on business trip i Requested to change the room, waiting for hours to get the room through whatsapp. End up, i didnt get my room. They should have put notice informing guest that the level under maintenance or should not offer that level for guest.

It was nice staying here, and compared to Dec 2024. It's been so much better for the service rendered. Keep it up! The Location is superd and we loves it, 5 mins walk to Jonker street, do not even need to drive over. As the parking at Jonker is limited and during Friday to Sunday, it will be packed. So with the short distance walk, you can save alot of trouble finding carparks lots. The room is clean and nice, looks like the pictures in the portal as well.

A localização é boa, o estacionamento é conveniente, o Painel é bom, perto do Mar, que é que as instalações são velhas.

The unit is clean and the view from the building is good as well especially the top level swimming pool floor. The view is amazing. The only things is the location is residential area, no convenient store nearby and only one access card. Otherwise is satisfied. Will recommend.

Hotel okay.. room clean.. only got a little bit of soap stain in the bathroom but it's fine with us. Tv not working at first, then the maintenance came and repaired. Given an extra pillow, the front desk answered our call and solved our problem. Then the only unhappy here is the Bangladeshi staff is new and it's hard to communicate in english or malay. Overall, I'm a happy traveller. Thanks.
