Хочется отметить управляющую Эльнару, благодаря ей нас без лишних слов заселили раньше времени, а Олег донес вещи к администратору коттеджей, которая заселила в лучший коттедж! И еще удивительно, но Эльнара, помнит каждого гостя в лицо и имеет индивидуальный подход к каждому, что очень располагает! Проживали в коттедже с баней и купелью! Понравилось все - Новый отель, прекрасная просторная территория, вкусные завтраки - шведский стол! В коттеджах идеальный порядок. Баня просто отличная с бассейном-купелью! Отдельно нужно сказать об отношении персонала, особенно администратора коттеджей Салиды, очень внимательная и доброжелательная! Светлый и открытый человек!!! Благодаря таким как она формируется правильное представление о Дагестане! Все делалось по первой просьбе, при заселении, все рассказала и даже проводила и показала, где что можно купить или заказать вкусную еду. Время пролетело в миг - очень Рекомендуют этот отель! Здесь всех встречают как своих родственников! Когда сотрудники так относятся к своей работе, руководитель может быть спокоен за состояние своего отеля и его имиджа!

Только заехали и не могу сдержаться, чтобы не написать отзыв, сервис - просто отстой!!! Заезд в 14:00, мы прибыли в гостиницу в 20:30. Номер не готов: санузел встречает нас немытым унитазом, последние проживающие просто не заморачивались смывать за собой и горничная не заморачивалась с уборкой. Сказали администратору на ресепшн, в ответ лишь сожалеющее лицо, исправлять, мыть, убирать никто не подпрыгнул. Это первая гостиница, где мне самой пришлось готовить постель, с третьего раза выдали полный комплект постельных принадлежностей на всех гостей😞😞😞😞😞. Постельное белье вроде стиранное, но всё в волосах разного размера. Вообщем, подготовила сама себе номер для проживания, и ведь заявляют 5 звёзд 🤣🤣🤣 В номере не предусмотрена бесплатная питьевая вода, стоит кулер на ресепшн, вообщем колхоз!!! Завтраки тоже в проживание не входят! Вывод- проще просто снять квартиру, одинаково приятно!!!

Отличный отель! Понравилось практически все,кроме долгого оформления (которое уже устранили) Новый отель ,прекрасный вид на море и вкусные завтраки ! Номера чистые и уютные. Понравилось отношение персонала! Все делалось по первому обращению.
