Прекрасный ресторан и внимательные официанты на 10 этаже отеля - ресторан на веранде. У моей подруги в дни прибывания был ДР и было приятно получить презент - свежие венские вафли с традиционным шариком мороженного на завтрак. Мы довольны пребыванием. ... А из окна нашего номера ночью была видна неоновая реклама на улице Казака) и наг просторный номер мы называли наш маленький Лас Вегас) Спасибо за прием. Единственное пожелание - побольше тюбиков шампуня)

Отель оправдал ожидания. Чисто. Уютно. Завтраки не слишком разнообразные, но вкусные, и голодными мы не уходили. Номер стандартный. Белье качественное. Полотенец достаточно. Убирались регулярно. В номере чашки, на этаже кулер. Есть балкончик со стулом. Действительно, рядом озеро, правда, оно немного грустное. Очень милые дамы на рецепшн. К отелю вообще никаких претензий.

Гостиница новая, чистая. Всё было бы отлично, если бы не маловажное для туриста и человека, находящегося в рабочей поездке, НО.... Это невовремя подающиеся завтраки. Очень долгая подача. Я ждала по часу без преувеличения! Пришла в 8.30 заказала сразу и ждала 60минут. Некоторые гости, не дожидаясь, уходили. Некоторые не могли дождаться только части заявленного и выбранного. Считаю, что сразу нужно заявлять, что завтраков нет или решить проблему с долгим приготовлением. 2 утра были моими рабочими днями-1 день встреча первая была назначена на 10 часов-смогли позавтракать только после 9.30, во второй день-мой коллега не дождался блинчиков-40мин готовились, в третье утро-не завтракала, был ранний выезд на экскурсию, на 4й-выездной день мне нужно было в аэропорт, рано утром поехала на рынок, в 8.30 вернулась и сразу, не поднимаясь в номер, пришла с покупками прямо на завтрак, надеясь, что закажу сразу и быстро покушаю...но завтрак мне принесли только в 9.30! И я была не одна такая, хотя всего там 6 столов. Повторюсь, гостиница новая, но с завтраками проблема. На фото оставленный завтрак рядом сидящего и не выдержавшего долгого ожидания мужчины.
